    There is no denying the epic grandeur of Peter Cullen's voice acting for Optimus. When Prime speaks, one does not merely listen, but you feel his velveteen basso right down to your very bones. Optimus' voice moves mountains, strikes fear in those who oppose him and instills courage in those that can claim him as an ally.

    Much like Lenard Nemoy's voice acting for Sentinel Prime--my second favorite voice from the movies--Optimus' timber is similarly imbued with a dignified gravity. But where Sentinel's tones are meant to merely convey the weight of his years of experience and wisdom, Optimus' retains a gentle ferocity that gives evidence to the one trait Sentinel lacks: compassion. It is not only what Optimus stands for and what he says that makes him so iconic, but also the way in which he says them, and that earth shaking timbre certainly helps :)

    His did suck. It sounded too much like the cliche' deep black guy voice and it was from that guy of "Family Matters" who I thought had no career.

    Cullen & Welker are no brainers.

    Tony Todd as The Fallen was creepy and great, yet Todd's voice is creepy.
    Does Keith David as Barricade in the video game count?

    no southern drawl and it worked out just fine! i love his voice


    gah. but i do love Weaving's Megatron too.

    [and Adlers Starscream! even though it seems like the modulation of his voice changes every movie]

    Sentinel Prime too [but thats cuz Leonard Nimoy pwnz everything he does]

    I know The Fallen was kinda weak, but Tony Todd's performance made me love him.

    Close behind, Ironhide and Sideswipe from DOTM.
    And, I'll probably get a lot of hate, but I also love Wheelie's voice too.

    Optimus and Sentinel hands down. Not sure who voiced Sideswipe but I liked how he sounded too (in DOTM at least with the few cool lines he had).

    Obviously Optimus...but I REALLY liked Megatron. The voice was literally perfect, and I thought portraying Megatron as a feral animal AND a villainous character was really awesome. Ex. during the Egypt battle in ROTF, when Megatron shows up he gets shot at a few times, decided he's had it, growls like a lion, and cocks his gun. He also looks like hes ready to destroy an entire army at this point. EPIC

    Seconded...i swear there is no love for the blue bots (Topspin, Que, and Jolt) in this trilogy :( 

    anyways id definitely have to say Ratchet, and second is Dino, also Mudflaps voice was pretty good aswell
