I rarely turn on the television anymore, but when I do, I could watch Turner Classic Movies all day long. And I love the Food Network, especially when Iron Chef America or Good Eats is on. Very mellow.

    Yours?

    Channel 4.

    BBC 1 / 2.

There are other channels I'll watch, but inevitably their programing is that bit trashier. Most of the idle time I used to spend on TV now goes on the internet.

I also like TG4, the Irish language channel. They'll show all kinds of stuff, often obscure, and occasionally something interesting.

    My favorite channels:

    1) History Channel -- I like to watch some of their specials and programs
    2) USA -- mostly to watch NCIS and House
    3) TV Land -- I like to watch some of the older, classic TV shows
    4) Cartoon Network -- only watch it during lunch when they have older cartoons on
    5) RFD-TV -- "Rural America's Most Important Network"

I envy you guys with access to Boomerang. Not available in my area. :(  I've resigned to buying volumes of old cartoons and alternating which one I put in, so at least I get some classic cartoon goodness.

About 3 years ago I moved house and never connected the TV to the antennae.

    Best thing I ever did.

In fact, I'm watching USA right now.

I just watch the over-the-air digital signals I can pick up with my rabbit ears, so not a massive selection of channels...and about half of them are random religious channels. I guess the local Fox station and the local CBS station are probably my favorites, especially since the latter moved People's Court to 5PM, so I can watch it during supper.
