    Bucket skull!

Defensor, you glorious bastard. This guy was my absolute favourite of the '86 Combiners. So handsome!

Have to say, judging by the posts on the Favourite toy of 2018 poll thread, Studio Series stuff constantly pops up. is it fair to say Movie fans see it as a success?

This is an amazing set, was lucky enough to photograph it with FT Spotter and G1 Reflector a few years ago, really impressive and a great size!

A trinity of evil bastards. I haven't forgotten how you taunted me with MP-36 photos until I crumbled :lol  - interestingly it's the only MP I still have that I bought myself!

More stunning outdoor shots with this guy, love that sword.

If there's one CW mould I would have liked to own that I didn't, it's the Dead End. Was mighty impressed with it on first release.

    All the best
    Maz

I really hope so. The chug line seems a little stale to me.

Yes the Studio Series has been Great so far...

    ———

    :ev:  MP 36 demanded I taunt ....

Megatron is the only MP I would keep if I ever decided to purge my MP collection. I am not to the purge point yet..but...may be done picking up anything new....just not excited about any thing on the horizon (well maybe BW Megatron )

MP pricing has gotten out o control.... not that they weren’t already too expensive and it feels like we may be seeing a rash of v2 / v3 heading our way .....

I think they nearly got me to reconsider with MP-42 Cordon, and definitely got me resisting the urge with MP-36+, but I feel pretty immune to the charms of V3 MP Convoy for now. Price is a huge part of that.

That Robots in Disguise line had a couple of pretty creative ideas but other than that things have been a bit stale.
Perhaps one day when people get sick and tired of all the G1 stuff we'll get some more out-there ideas again.

And who knows, we might see a MP Rampage in a couple of years if TT decides to branch out into Beast Wars Metals :D

I came into the year hyped for POTP and now I've been pretty consistently passing those figures in favor of SS. Just too good.

My instinct to buy this as the only other Terrorcon apart from Hun Grrr paid off. He is super cool.

Thanks Maz, I agree, a great little set and I was lucky enough to be able to pick up both this and the toy color edition for about $80 shipped combined.

Also made a more questionable purchase of some weird Esso g1 transforming robots but I thought they looked cute!
