Fire On the Mountain is up there on my favorites list. I love the whole Thundercracker, Starscream, and Skyfire scene.

"Thundercracker you putrid traitor!"

"Well, so much for the Autobot intruder. And as for you, traitor, you will do exactly what this 'geeky' Decepticon tells you or I'll report your treachery to Megatron and he'll have you melted down into welding rods!"

Oh man, Starscream gets the best lines.

 

Too bad his voice was so unbearably painful.

I like everyone episode of every Transforer show but #1 would be More than Meets the Eye,That has to be good since it was twas the Premier.

 

Beast Machines - "Endgame pt. 2- When Legends Fall"

Nothing like seeing the good guys ultimately get their behinds handed to them. Probably the darkest, most seemingly hopeless TF episode ever.

War Dawn, and Secret of Omega Supreme for me. On original G1. Well and the two skyfire episodes, fire in the sky, and Fire On the Mountain. (Name escapes me at the moment.) Have nostalgic reasons.

Beast Wars season 2 ending episode + season 3 opening episode. I have a fondness for the nemesis two parter also.

From Armada "Cramp"

From Energon, the last shockblast episode. (Same outcome almost as above.)

For japanese series, so far I'm leaning on the galaxy force version of the episode where Starscream takes the 'omega lock'. That entire battle was more or less the highlight of that series to me. I'm still making my way through the various japanese 'G1' episodes after Transformers 2010 though. So I may eventually add some of those to my favorites.

and BM Revelations 3 parter - nice to catch up with some old friends and seeing what they are up to.

otherwise there is alot of decent to awsome eps of transformers

 

I'm revisiting BM at the moment and I found "The Weak Component" to be an excellent episode. The lighting in Megatron's chamber during the power down is magnificent.

G1 -- "Roll For It" I don't know, I just remember that episode the most.

Armada -- I'd have to say the 2-part "Past". I especially liked the end of Past Part Two when Sideswipe calls Hot Shot "bro" and chases him around the room. "I think someone needs a hug!"

 

G1/G2 = Tie between Call of the Primitives, Webworld, and The Burden Hardest to Bear. I know some people think webworld was "silly," but having bi-polar disorder, even as a kid, well ... that episode has always stuck with me.

Beast Wars = This is such a hard decision to make, because so many episodes are pure gold, but I would have to go with Code of Hero. I mean, the episode made me cry.

Beast Machines = The Weakest Component

Robots in Disguise = Tie between Decepticons and any episode with Skybite in it.  

Armada: The first 2 minutes
Energon: Megatron (man, that was THE beatdown in Transformer history)  
Cybertron: The first 2 minutes

 

The code of honor of the beast wars even though dinobot died.

 

Add me to the Code of Hero bunch. As for G1, my faves are any episodes where the Dinobots kick ass. I also like Spider's Game in BW (at least I think that was it....whichever Inferno's intro episode was), and The Burdern Hardest to Bear, and the ep with trypticon and metroplex missing their transformation cogs for G1 Season 3. For the life of me I can't remember the title.
