Searched and didn't find a thread like this, so I figured why not. Also, I'm bored as all get out. So, since I, as well as (at least a few) of you probably grew up or at least was alive in the 90's, we can all agree it was a....unique time in our lives. Mom jeans and cheesy commericals aside, the music was at least decent, and defined many a generation. So, what are your favorite songs or songs that helped define the decade we like to call the 90's?
For me it'd have to be Wonderwall by Oasis or Smells like Teen Spirit by Nirvana. Both songs to me were inspiring and revolutionary, especially the latter. Without it, who knows where we'd be culturally.

Come Undone by Duran Duran. Always reminds me of the music video with the chained underwater women singing. Back when MTV used to show music videos, of course.

Scott Farcas Takes It On The Chin, by Less Than Jake.

Yup, completely unnotable really, but it's pretty much my favourite song of all time tied with "Radio" by Alkaline Trio, however that was released in 2000.

Wow, being a teenager in the 90s means that I love many many songs from that decade. If I had to pick one...Nirvana's "Pennyroyal Tea."

YouTube - Nirvana Pennyroyal tea Lyrics

and the awesome unplugged version (from my favorite album of the 90s)
