by far, mine is the twister II at elitches.
Prolly X at Magic Mountain.
Notable mentions would be Expedition Everest and Test Track at Epcot, Viper and Tatsu at Magic Mountain, Ghostrider and Silver Bullet at Knott's.
The Blue Streak at Conneaut Lake Park. Not gnarly by any means but I rode it like 30 times in one day when I was younger. And Because it is mostly in the woods, there is no really good pic I could find on the net.
^not my vid
^Forgot this pic. This thing is intense.
omfg that looks rough
My favorite Roller Coaster
I would have to say The Phantom's Revenge at Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh. I really regret only being able to ride it once.
I haven't been on a lot of Roller Coasters, but I'd have to say the Medusa.
The best I've ever been on were the Montu and Kumba in Busch Gardens Florida.
I need to travel more
Still top choice: Millenium Force at Cedar Point.
Other favorites: Rock N' Roller Coaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom, The Raptor at Cedar Point, X-Flight, now at King's Island I think, though I rode it at Geauga Lake; Gemini at Cedar Point, Hulk at Universal Islands of Adventure, and The Mummy at Universal Studios.
Least Favorite: The Corkscrew at Cedar Point (headache inducing), the Dino Spin at Animal Kingdom, and any of the 'Wicked Twister' variety of rides, where they just shoot you out of a station, send your up vertically, backwards through the station and up vertically again...back and forth a couple times.
Favorite non-coaster ride: Spider-Man at Univeral Islands of Adventure, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and whatever they call the Toy Story ride at Disney Hollywood Studios, Mission Space at EPCOT.
mine is that white one in that video but only cause its like the only one ive ever ridden lol. im terrified of heights so Roller Coasters are a no go for me.
and I tried to go on that but got out of line after standing there for like 2 hours
Definitely the Kraken, at Sea World.
Oh man, it pisses me off. Last time I was home on leave we went to Magic Mountain. I'm too tall to ride Tatsu and X! Designers need to rethink that one.
I do love me some Goliath though...
Still the Magnum XL 200 at Cedar Point. An oldie but a goodie! She's celelbrating her 20th birthday this year. I still remember waiting in line for like 4 hours to ride her way back then... ah. Memories!
I also loved the Raging Wolf Bobs at the late great Geauga Lake, too.
I agree that the Kraken at Sea World is very good. Not bad for being the only coaster there.
The Mummy ride at Universal Studios is also really fun.
However, the best I've been on is Apollo's Chariot at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. I've probably ridden it 20-30 times and it never gets old.
Unfortunately I haven't been on that many coasters, but my favorites are all at Disney; Rockin Roller Coaster, and Everest. Honorable mention is Superman Coaster at Six Flags.
Though the Griffon is also a good ride, just too short.
0-100km in two seconds? Hells yes.
