Face it, we love robots, or we wouldn't be here. We love robotic voices, sound so awesome! So question is, which is your favorite robotic voices? It could be from TV, movies, cartoons, or even music. Here's a short list of my favorite robotic voices:

Colossus from the classic movie Colossus The Forbin Project.

W.O.P.R. from Mathew Broadrick's War Games.

K.A.R.R. from Knight Rider Season Three KITT VS KARR.

    ED209 from Robocop.

    Dynamix II "electronic music group."

    Johnny Five from Short Circuit.

And the rest of the five Nova robots.
Not sure if I can count Optimus Prime from the movie since he shares KARR's voice actor.

Whoever does that "Droid" voice for the Droid commercials on TV, I really like the sound of that voice.

Of course, I heart Frank Welker's Soundwave voice -- when it's vocoded, that is.

KITT is another good robotic voice that I like.

All three of those characters from the Mass Effect series. Awesome job done from the voice actors.

Clockwerk is one that immediately comes to mind, along with several Transformers characters.

I know they're technically not robots, but I love the voices of the Daleks in Doctor Who. Especially Nicholas Briggs' work.

As it's been mentioned, Soundwave has an awesome voice when it's vocoded.

    Daleks.

And again, not technically robots, but Dr Who Troughton era Cybermen. Such a chilling voice.

Who is T-Pain? Or is it, what is T-Pain?
Most voices found on Macintosh computers. These can be heard on one of Fat Boy Slim's song, "I'm a Disco Dancer".

I guess I should add that I like Daft Punk's robotic voice in their song "Robot Rock" as well.
