    That shot where BB TFs flinging Sam, clears the debris, and scoops Sam back up before TFing back is the single greatest shot in all 3 films. The rest of DTOM can eat a handful of pills and leave a note.

    Highway battle.
    Return of the Autobots scene
    The part where Bee and Sam in the aircraft are flying into the city with the rest of the Autobots assembled behind them in vehicle mode.
    The part where after Sam is thrown off the roof of the skyscraper by Laserbeak and rises back up on the ship.
    Optimus killing the Driller.
    The epic part where Epps and the other NEST soldiers are running up into the building where they shoot the 'Cons eyes out from.

    My primary favorite scenes.
    #1 is the whole "There is No Plan" scene. The Autobots driving in slow motion up to Cape Canaveral, the goodbyes between Sam and Prime and Bee, along with the epic music from Jablonsky. It was just a well orchestrated scene.

    #2 The whole Optimus Prime silent treatment scene. While most people tend to like the action scenes, and I do as well, but it's moments like this that give the Autobots some character development. Optimus does get pissed, Ironhide and Dino/Mirage are not above cracking jokes about it, it's a nice scene.

    3# The highway scene, most notably, Sideswipe playing follow the leader with Bumblebee and Dino, Bumblebee freaking the shit out of Sam, Sideswipe converting from car mode to robot mode and smoothly rolling throughout the streets, Ironhide playing chicken with the dreads, and then the Mexican standoff, finishing it off with Ironhide's "Class dismissed".

    #4, Soundwave revealing that he has been Carly's car the whole time. Best "holy shit" moment in the movie
