What is your favorite feature/gimmick in a transformers toy? I allways had a soft spot for combiners and tripple changers, so with that in mind I would have to say my favorite would be Tidalwave: A combiner with a massive bot mode that can actually transform in combined mode. the only thing that keeps it from being my favorite transformer is that it doesn't have individual bot modes. What about you? What gimmicks do you like?

I've always liked hidden shit like weapon & accessory storage, but combiners & targetmaster type deals are always cool too because you're getting more characters.

Mini-Cons. The only real reason to buy the Armada line. More often than not the Mini-Cons were better than the figure they were packed with. And there was versatility with them. Some replicated Targetmasters, a couple Headmasters, combiners, they were very Powermaster-like in nature to begin with, and many were just flat out cool little toys.

Mini-cons for me, too. One of the reasons I like Armada Scavenger. I also like Auto-morphing in TFTM toys.

I've always loved flip-out weapons. The more concealed they are and the faster they flip out, the better.

I also love it when you can store their accessories in their alt mode.

I'd have to say all those awesome Mechtech weapons that can't lock into position and you have to hold it with your finger to... Wait, sorry, I just can't finish that with a straight face.

Seriously though, for me it's all the Masters lines. Targetmasters being my favorite of the group.

Was struggling to think of anything but my love for Cassetticons can never be denied.

Also, considering the recent PCC commanders to be Targetmasters and my childhood love of Sureshot, I'll vote Targetmasters second.

    Classics Sureshot now, please.

I would say cassetticons, but that's more of an addiction than something I simply like.

I really love clever weapon and accessory storeage, in both alt and robot mode. If a bot can store his gun in an actual holster, that's pretty cool. Same if you can store a gun/sword in alt mode an it's not just simply a car with a huge gun hanging off the side. I also really love it when a minicon/*master can ride or pilot the bigger robot or it's alt mode.

Jets that Dock for a combined attack mode.

    Otherwise I like Triple changers.

Efficient weapon storage (so you don't have to see it in almode) and minicons/targetmasters are pretty cool.
