It's either Stunticons or Combaticons,why? Because Insane Car Decepticons FTW!!!!!! and The Combaticon just because of Swindle and Onslaught.
Always been partial to the Protectobots and Combaticons. The "SPECIAL TEAMS!!!" were made such a big deal of back in the day by Hasbro UK... it's hard not to love 'em.
Dinobots by far. It helped that I was Dino-crazy when I was younger but I always liked that the Dinos never had to combine. They were just awesome and unstoppable, making the Decepticons shit themselves whenever they showed up for a battle. Well, before the movie anyway. I mourn the dumbed down Dinobots in Season 3

And weren't the "Wreckers" a brainchild of Simon Furman for the UK Marvel comics? That group also didn't come along for the US until Dreamwave's War Within series.
If we include the Marvel comics, then I voted Dinobots. I've been very vocal about my love for Swoop's backstory (and the fact that it involves my favourite Predacon, Divebomb) but Grimlock's character development under Furman is a great example of how to organically make a character a fan fave. - Coeloptera
The Predacons have always been this big mystery to me as they didn't really have a presecence in the G1 cartoons... Predaking always looked like the most awesome combiner ever designed...
