I liked the ending to Dinosaurs. That ending was just so cold.

Monk, as that's the only series finale I've bothered watching. I did love that ending montage, although who killed Trudy was kind of a cop out.

Battlestar Galactica had a decent ending.
I honestly didn't think the series was taking place before modern day Earth

Cowboy Beebop, I actually thought it ended on a very sad note.

I was about to say the same thing. Maybe not the best series finale in history, but definitely the one I was anticipating the most. Avatar had a set time limit in that, unlike many shows, the story had to end at some point (for example, Batman: TAS could have theoretically kept going because it didn't have the kind of plot that demanded continuity). Knowing this, and knowing it was coming soon, made the wait even more agonizing with each episode of Book 3. And it managed to deliver, with multiple story threads involving all the characters that didn't clash with each other (each one was interesting), combined with bending on a whole other level than what we had seen from the series before, even factoring in the Avatar State.

My only problem with it may have been
the deus ex machina that is 'energybending', not to mention a massive, previously undiscovered Lion Turtle that just happened to appear at a time most convenient.
. However, I don't hold this against it too much, as it was kind of necessary given
Aang's adversion to killing clashing with the need to stop Ozai's threat
    .

One ending that I particularly like, though is the Batman Beyond ending, or at least what I prefer to be the ending. I didn't really like the JLU episode 'Epilogue', instead preferring to think of 'Return of the Joker' as the series finale. Terry facing off against Bruce's greatest foe, as well as seeing the confidence Bruce had been developing in Terry's abilities to be Batman clash with the Joker's arrival, ultimately ending with Terry using his own personality to best the Joker at his own game, and finally (in my eyes) leaving Bruce's shadow just makes it the perfect ending for me.

I've long had a soft spot in my heart for the ending of Blake's 7. That was beautifully dark.

    Sienfeld is your god.

Full Metal Alchemist- in both the final episode and with the Conqueror of Shambala I felt a great sense of fulfillment. Juat a beautiful end to the story of two brothers.

I can think of a lot of good shows but not many with good endings...

Cowboy Bebop did have a great ending.

The Cheers finale is one of best I've ever seen. Star Trek:TNG's ending is a favorite of mine as well.
