I hope this hasn't been done before but it seems like a pretty fun idea so let's have at it. What are your favorite character interactions?

For example: the bickering between Starscream and Megatron or the chemistry (or lack there of  ) between Sam and Carly. Wheelie and Brains having fun or Ironhide and Sideswipe kicking ass in the Mexican Standoff. And not just in DOTM.

Mine would personally be scenes with Ironhide and Optimus in EVERY movie.

Optimus and the other Autobots after Optimus finds the location of the Allspark using the glasses.
Sam when Bumblebee gets captured.
Ironhide and Optimus after they take down Demolishor.
The Twins when they were fighting for the green car.

 

Skids and Mudflap argument in Rotf

 

the whole house scene in TFTM all the Autobots trying to hide from Sam's parents. i busted out laughing at that part, Ratchet and Ironhide arguing at the side of the house, Optimus streching his arms out to form to the house, Bumblebee on the porch trying to miss all the lights, and Jazz desperately trying to find a place fast, ending up in a tiny garage.   still my #1 favorite even with the other movies, it never gets old.

 

When the Autobots are trying to hide around the house, in particular Ratchet and Ironhide's bickering.

In DOTM the discussion of Prime being pissed was hilarious. You even see it in the Autobot's faces ( Ironhide shakes his head that says "Oh she's in for it now"), and Que is looking pretty nervous when he says it's "definetly not" the silent treatment. Of course, Ironhide's "He's pissed" tops it all off.

I also like how Ironhide and Sideswipe are so smooth, calm and ready for this, when they are in the Mexican standoff. Two veterans who are pretty much aware what happens to cannon fodder Decepticons like the Dreads.

A very quiet one is when the Autobots are boarding the Xantium. Optimus speaks to Sam, and you see Dino and Sideswipe go on ahead. Ratchet kinda waves off those two, and next we see him, he was waiting for his emotionally broken leader to accompany him as he boarded. A totally silent, but sweet moment showing Ratchet's care and understanding for his leader in a tough time.

Ratchet has another totally silent one I probably am just looking into too much; but when Optimus is saying that "they're surrounding the city to make a fortress", the other Autobots are looking around and what not. For all we could know, Sam could be the only one listening to Optimus. But nope; there's Ratchet, firmly paying attention to his leader.

 

I liked the whole thing between Optimus and the other Autobots in Sam's back garden in the first film, especially with Ironhide.

"The parents are becoming a nuisance. Should I terminate?"
"Ironhide! You know we don't harm humans! What is with you?!"
"I'm just sayin' . . . It's an option."

And Ratchet falling into the cables was priceless, as well as Jazz scurrying around trying to find somewhere to hide.

-Sideswipe and Ironhide in the Mexican standoff scene in DOTM

That's one of the reasons the first movie is so much better than the sequels - even though the Autobots don't get introduced until halfway through the film, there are still more character moments in it.

 

Fight

The twins fight was hilarious and i loved it! Totally my favorite! They both wanted the same car.

 

Optimus was talking about merging his Spark with the ALLSPARK, not the Matrix.

The Autobots on the Hoover Dam. The music just gives it such a great feel.

Yet very little Jetfire and Simmons.  

 

These are some of my favs as well. I'm surprised no one else mentions Jazz hiding, cramped up in the garage.

 

I think the yard scene in TF1 is really underappreciated. It really is pretty funny and also a nice showcase of the characters outside dealing with something urgent or fighting.
