^Could Optimus fly in robot mode was a Transmetal in Season 2 or could he only fly with his surfboard thing?

He was one of very few characters that wasn't a stereotype. Hell, he even had a name that wasn't based on his animal form.

 

Sooooo many good characters in Beast Wars. So many!

I chose Megatron. I can't think of many better voice acting performances than David Kaye's Beast Wars Megatron.

 

Man, according to that poll, there's a lot of different ways of spelling "Dinobot".  

But seriously. My choices are Dinobot and Rampage.

 

Tied between Megatron and Waspinator. Both of them were easily the most entertaining and delightful chaps to watch when I was a kiddie

Was there ever any scenes with Optimus flying in robot mode on his surf board? I can't recall, but one would think he should be able to do it, given that the toy could.

 

Thanks for the reminders guys. I only remembered his flying surfboard.

 

Everyone except Quickstrike. Even when I was a kid I didn't like Quickstrike. He sucked.

But since "Everyone" isn't an option I'll go for Cheetor.

 

Well, I guess theoretically you could have clicked everyone...?

No, he could only do that in his alt mode. There is only one time I recall Optimus flying in robot mode in his pre Optimal transmetal body. That was to fly up with rockets under his feet to get Prime's spark.

 

I voted for all of them. I love Beast Wars

 

Ravage. Followed by Black Arachnia.

But yeah, I liked nearly all of them.

 

Megatron is my favorite.
