That's PRESUMABLY because there's a large group of fans that complain about getting renders long before a figure is out. Sooooo I feel like many companies, fanstoys in particular have limited their reveals to primarily just events. I don't think we'll see any new figure updates until like July.

I want this so badly. My Lupus/Weirdwolf is awesome, zero issues. Looks fantastic, plays fantastic. I got to get this one and hopefully they will get on more Headmasters stuff with the same quality. Can't wait for Hydra either.

More than likely they will both release them all, they just started with different characters which is good for their businesses since they have less initial competition and a chance to see what collectors want improved when it comes time for them to do the same character.

 

We need some decepticon Target masters, and duocons, and clones(the twins).

The biggest reason we know this is false is that neither company controls the market sufficiently to be willing to limit their sales opportunities like that. It's so awesome to divy up the "headmaster's" market between FT and MT... right up until KFC drops Apeface and Snapdragon.

 

Where did you hear that from? FT releases whatever they please as they see fit.
That idea probably came from the same people who spread the untrue idea that FT made an agreement with Takara not to make an MP Hotrod.
