looks like the pin hole might be too big , its not snapped is it? just push the pin back in

 

Already have, seems like it, it went in but not hard like pins that bite the plastic should.
I'll watch for it next time I transform it and hope nothing else falls off  

 

maybe when it comes out again put a layer of glue or polish around the pin let it dry and then insert it again

Sick and tired of this crap. I am trying to transform this thing and on the step when you are supposed to bring the arms down, one of the sides would not lock. I see that's an issue in one of the review videos as well. Any tips?

 

Which way are you transforming him to?

The instructions skip a few steps, I've noticed.

To cannon mode. I put in a lot of force but it would not lock. FansToys is back at their old crap again with their tolerance. Anyway, his cannon mode is laughable, so perhaps I'll just not worry about it.

 

Put the arm down and that little clip below the arm has to be square to the body.
Then just push in from the shoulder with your Palm.
Just make sure that clip is not angled down or anything coz it maakes it really difficult to push in.

 

So if the Symbiote of Carnage/Spider-Carnage would bond with Galvatron would he be called Galva-Carnage?

I had the same problem with his arm not locking. Finished the transformation anyway, just to see it and... it's just as weak as the pics. Maybe worse, since I was kind of pissed off by that point. Sovereign is staying in bot mode for me. If I want a decent space canon, I'll either spring for Tyrant or wait and see how Abaddon turns out.

I think it would either be Carnatron or Galvanage.

 

I just received mine. Haven't transformed him yet, and mine is having the same issue out of the box.

 

Even without the stupid tolerance, hard to see why people are calling this better than Stomp. Really? Granted it's Galvatron, a far more important characters, but so what, that alt mode is just stupid. Oh well on to Skyfire.

Someone said he was better than Stomp? That's maybe a bit of a stretch. Granted, I have yet to transform him, primarily due to the fact he is so awesome in bot mode. I'm having trouble finding motivation to turn him into his far less appealing space cannon mode. It doesn't help that the transformation sounds irritating.

 

Plenty of people have mentioned that he's the best thing FT has done. By that definition, people are implying that he is better than Stomp no?

 

I don't own Stomp so I can't give you a definitive yes or no.
But with regards to his transformation, it's actually pretty straight forward once to do it a few times. Only the arm clipping into the chest may irritate you since it's difficult to get them in the first few times to cannon mode. But they eventually get easier and not only that, the rectangular clip that holds the arm up is the key to to getting the arm into the chest easily for cannon mode.

That aside, his cannon mode is pretty ugly and his shoulder ratchets don't support the weight of the upper body all that well in cannon mode either. They do OK, but once you try rolling him around, the arms sag or move from their initial ratchet nub.. at least in mine they do.

 

I'm stunned how good this looks. Cannot put it down at the moment, amazing robot mode.

My copy from Baba that I ordered on 1/5 finally reached the US in Flushing, NY this morning. Hopefully I should have it by the weekend.

 

His transformation is pretty straightforward even the first time through. Again my complain is that stupidly tight clipping and only on ONE side at least on mine. The other side went in easy.
