Hello, good to see you too :)

Yup, he is a first run. Just luck of the draw, I guess.

It seems that StompX is the chosen one of the speculators, due to the extra pieces he include for Sever....That´s the only reason I find to understand why Stomp X sold out faster than Scoria X, which was released before him, and is still available.

I found three Stomp X on the web. The prize oscilates between 500$-1000$ ... so I think it´s impossible to complete the Fans Toys X dibot set for those who don´t have big money. Sad but true.

Perfect Fusion, please help us ... Give us a new Sludge X 2.0

Dalianjj has said there will be no more pf dinobots, so that's a forlorn hope at this point.
And stomp is pretty much perfection anyway so a v2 is not needed.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are the main differences between X and original releases outside of extra parts?

    Ebay:
Folks that own both can correct me, but I believe that paint/finish is only difference between the X and original releases. The X versions don't come with any accessories that the original releases didn't have. Both versions of Stomp and Grinder include extra parts used to upgrade Sever, Scoria and Soar. The original Stomp gets the upgrade parts for the original version of Sever. Presumably, Stomp X gets the upgrade parts for Sever X.

The main and only difference aside from higher cost is that X versions have shiny silver paint instead of regular grey paint. The shiny silver on the X versions are meant to mimic the shiny silver paint on Takara's MP08X King Grimlock or even the oversized KO version of Takara's King Grimlock also known as Reximus Prime. Also the swords of the X FT dinos have blades that are orange on the outside but clear in the middle unlike the swords of the regular FT dinos that have completely orange blades.

"Certainty of death, small chance of success....what are we waiting for?...." XDD

I´m totally agree about the perfection of Stomp. He is a really great (master)piece, no doubt.
Thanks to remember me what Dalianjj said about this matter. I also assume that FT will not release again any of the X-dibots, because they are limited, as we well known.
At this point, if FT/PF don´t change their minds about limited X editions or v2 releases, probably my better option to get what I want is to buy another regular Stomp, and spray some silver paint over it....XDD

You need to work on your sales pitch. ;)

Is Stomp all you're planning on selling?

Yep I got into these late (my first 3P foray) and have gotten the other 4 X variants aside from Stomp. I couldn't handle not having a full set so have also ordered all five of the regular Dibots as well. It's been an expensive exercise!

One day I hope to get Stomp X but I won't lose any sleep over it.

    Lol :D

I do try to be honest about what I'm selling- no point in lying to people.

I don't know yet- I'm definitely keeping the core characters (OP, Megs, Starscream, Bumblebee) but I think I'll sell off some of the more superfluous ones (coneheads, Reflector).

X variants were too rich for my blood. I just bought the first versions and blue Soar. Under lights, the assembled team glows radiantly.

I'll keep an eye out for one. Haven't seen one in a bit.
