Goddamn. Genius. Transformation. My absolute favorite thing about Scoria was how the dino legs tucked away in bot mode, but Sever even tops that. Not just the way the fronts legs AND head tuck away, but even the transformation of the rear legs into bot arms. Wow, just brilliant. Even the back - the way the arms come together. Unreal.

The whole thing = 10/10. I am frothing at the mouth to see what they do with Sludge now.

    Great review, man!

Wow!!! Really wow, looks like I am back on the bandwagon. The hollow on the bottom is a bit disappointing, but that transformation just looks like a ton of fun.

Wow out of all the Snarl transformations Ive seen so far this one is my favorite.Love how the dino's back folds in on itself to form a more elegant robot chest. That was surprising as was the hind legs transformation, loved it.The improvement on the joints comparing to Scoria is massive too_O verall this thing is awesome.Minor nitpick, maybe its tail scythe thingies could ve been a bit longer to make the dino mode look more menacing

Interesting to see how much Guttur's simplistic transformation scheme accomplishes in comparison to this. Aside from the obvious extra leg stuff since they hide, it seems unnecessary for the torso to fold into itself like that instead of using the mass to bulk it out. Especially if it leaves a tiny buttflap hanging off the stego spines. The arm transformation in particular is awesome but I think a simple flip around would have accomplished the same thing if the dinosaur legs had more mass. I really liked the little foot flaps. Interesting how both Giga and FT thought to do the same thing, but I like this one's and its multiple moving pieces a little better. If the Dinomode was better I would have sprung for this and I'm still questioning if I chose right. It seems like any way you go you got a winner, with Sever looking like FT's strongest offering so far.

There was a great shot of the hole in the beginning, it didn't look to me like he was trying to cover it at all, he just didn't mention it.

I watched Emgo's review one more time. There is a very short on underside gap, no mention.

I think this is a big deal. This is not masterpiece for me, it is more like very bad KO.

One reviewer (Ben) doesn't mention it, and two others (Peaugh and Maz) have both said that it just isn't an issue in-hand. Why do people who haven't even touched the figure want to make a big deal out of something that has not bothered the people who have actually played with the figure?
