Finally he arrived and I totally dig him. The Reprolabels added so much too. My only complaints would be that is chest plate never stayed closed but I fixed that with the super glue trick. Many are saying the arm transformation is too fiddly and it is but not to bad once you get used to it. And he does like to fall back when standing straight up but a slight adjustment of the legs fixes this. Like Vangelus said- he needed slightly longer heels. But those are minor issues on a great figure.

Just went through this thread to find a fix to my open chest plate. What did you do? Thanks!

super glue trick is when you apply super glue to loose joints or hinges to tighten them so I assume that's what he meant. Make sure to constantly move the parts until glue dries so that the super glue doesn't permanently glue the joints. Applying nail polish works too.

    Yes!

What are the friction points that keep the chest plate cover/head box cover closed in Defender's robot mode?

It doesn't seem to be the top - there's too much of a gap.

If it were the sides, everyone's would wear down over time.

There doesn't seem to be a notch on the bottom.

Is it a mechanism in the larger chest piece? I don't hear any clicks or feel any resistance on the pin.

    Help?

For big f'in guns, I'm a big fan of Powermaster Optimus Prime's black guns. A little skinny for what you're referencing, but might work. Of course, they're not exactly the easiest accessory to find on the market... I'm lucky I've got them leftover from my very first Optimus Prime EVAR (who isn't in the greatest of all conditions, sadly).

    Wish I had those!

I'm hoping some of these new Mechtech guns might work. The Optimus deluxe weapon from Peaugh's video might just be the BFG and we're not talking Big Friendly Giant!!!

snstoyshop is where I got mine, just got it a few days ago.
shipped really fast, but altogether it was 120.
still, as hard as this guy is to find I was more than pleased with the price.
I live in DE, and the product got from CA to me in three business days by standard USPS. Fricking awesome if you ask me.

The friction at the hinge joint alone seems to do it on mine.

Would anybody know how to acquire a second set of accessories for the Warbot? I need the blades and pistols.
