    Why would they make a Crystal version of that set when:

    1.) They weren't made to match Nexus Maximus in the first place.

    and

    2.) They're standalone figures that don't come with combiner accessories.

    I am confused.

    The old concept teaser Daelite posted is from 2009, shown at TFCon. It is Fansproject's homage to Broadside, which is still planned for a release. :)

    As far as I know, Venksta has handled the prototype. Did daelite20 also handled the item?

    Thats an old concept. And most likely the design has changed a lot. But from what my friend told me years ago, it was going to have a battle mask, with the visor and faceplate, which could flip up to reveal the full red face.

    I'm glad to see some signs of life from FPJ, but this shit better be golden. Too much 3rd Party stuff this year with what MMC is doing as well as Maketoys.

    I've got confidence in FPJ, but let's just hope that they can stop the teasers and give us something!

    Because it would look nice, most things that work don't really have to make sense. If you have the parts, why not use them?

    I think it could be "the collector" based on the fact that it says 6 pcs. I know we have the generation junkions, but they are army builders.

    well, if it's a broadside homage, I guess I'm getting my first warbot :D 

    wasn't a huge springer fan, but I carried my broadside with me everywhere as a kid.
