This is so worth the $78...we finally have a real UM toy since G1...great review and pictures... 

 

This looks cool, but... I don't know. The head and chest sculpts just bug me for some reason. Too... Ultramanny, or something. That and the ridiculous BFG have kept me from ordering so far. In every pic I've seen with the gun, it looks like his arm has to be braced against his thigh in order to support it. Is that the case, zeroXII?

Animated and Titanium UMs would like a word with you.

Yup it is the same. It's really weird. It clearly looks like OP in the comic being "upgraded" but the colours in the comic really remind me of Diaclone/TFTM '86 miscoloured Ultra Magnus.

This is true for me as my Classics UM does not have enough arm strength to support the BFG. Perhaps one could use the super-glue trick to make his arm joint super tight though?

Yes you can flip it over so that it doesn't show.
