Ah ok, SC came out when I wasn't as in the know as I am now so I probably didn't even see that. Hopefully now that FP is not doing any more add on kits they wont be as exclusive.

 

I don't care who it's supposed to be, I really do like the design of the figure. I am always up for new bots. As far as I'm concerned, he will go with my other NAIL's  

 

There was a company out there that claimed that FP was out of business and that their KOs of the Insecticons were the real deal and was overstock that the now defunked FP sold to them. It is all BS of course, they just took advantage of FP's silence which in turn made FP post on their site in January.

 

Anyone else kinda annoyed that this is might be Ultra Magnus "again"? New characters please . . .and we know they got stuff going on.

 

No let them redo CC this time without them catering to a hasbro mold. If they can give me a new very articulated CC it will be bought atleast twice. We know the mold has a hitch for a trailer so I'm keeping up hope that this is the direction their going with this.

 

Forget FE. FP can take my money. My excitement...it's over 9000!

I simply love the idea behind the Powermasters. And even though it'll be in Prime colors more than likely, its still a fairly generic, but original design.

Wishful thinking on my part: All I want to ask is for everyone to imagine that that is just the cab part of the entire figure, and somewhere, they're cooking up a trailer base to go with that.

 

I like that idea, may have to borrow that.

Between CC and animated Leader class Magnus, we have two good interpretations already.

I agree but worry not. FP has plenty of new character designs and stuff in the works that will please everybody. Right after this release theyll either start doing repaints or start teasing their other stuff I bet.

 

A.) People keep asking who is this. I think this is a very anime-ed Chromedome.

B.) Im not seeing any lines on that head for a head master. How does that little robot transform?

I don't know about you guys but I could certainly go for some newer faces, especially if it means FP is at the helm of making their own line of Transforming bots. Their products are very satisfying either way. It doesn't matter to me if they don't attach it as a homage to some silly 80s character, if the design looks great than I'm picking it up for sure. It gives me a blank slate to work with and I'm ok with that. His little friend who forms the heartmaster gimmick thing is what is seriously interesting.

Can't wait to see more.

Similar releases peg it at $80-$100 going by Warbot.

 

I was looking at the pics on there website, the proportions of the legs, chest, waist and lower arms, if you look close enough, kind of make it look like they could fit in the CC armor.

Not sure if this was seen by anyone else.

Other than that it reminds me of the original roadbuster toy, but the colors are now off, so I guess thats out.
