Collectors in Southern California can go Frank's and do the same thing.
I'd also like to see pictures of the extra weapons with their owners. Specifically, Hound holding the chrome weapon in his hand and his included rocket over his shoulder.
I have to honestly say, that's a pretty cool concept and pretty well done. I love that it's a sort of humorous jab at "where does Optimus' trailer go?" comments.
GREAT placement for that pic. All your pics are awesome.
I'm rapidly approaching sold on this AND Powered Commander... dammit.
Nice Pics Kyle!
Kyle, I'm officially jealous..... looks like you've got everything Fansproject has put out so far!! Nice pics!!! I'm sort of hoping BBTS takes their time getting the G3 trailer in though. Otherwise my wallet's really gonna be hurting once my pre-order comes in.
It looks good but not $80 a piece. My target price for all 5 of those weapons at $15 but might shoot up to $20. PM me if you don't want those weapons... (I am not too interested into the trailer)
wow just awesome look at the Stealth mode!!! thanks for the pic kyle i cannot wait mine!!
I wanted to take some more photos of the stealth mode at work, on different types of surface. But it's been a rainy day here in Perth.
G3's box is BIG compared to City Commander.
You guys are killing my joy in my attempt to make a dig at this.
It's in stock and processing at BBTS.
Will someone post a video review soon? It will take me some time to fill my "pile of loot" enough to justify the shipping costs all the way to Perú... and he shipping itself (1-2 weeks).
Just got this today! It's heavy. o_o Will try and have a video up this weekend.
Initial thoughts: It's very solid, and its build quality and feature set balance out with the price. May be a harder sell if you aren't into all the features though. The automorphy turret cannons and the springloaded Roller firing mechanism are practically mainline-quality on mine. Overall very impressed, especially by how weighty and solid it is.
And that just really sold me on it, if BBTS doesn't have it in by the time I paid again I going through ToyArena.
EDIT: Never mind it's in stock there.
Has the packaging's hidden feature been discussed?
Do you mean the fact that you can put Classics/Henkei prime in the packaging with the trailer? If so, it's well known by now.
Thats not really hidden.... Well, in a sense, it is, until you figure out that a part of the box can be taken off to reveal Prime inside the packaging. The part of the box, that says "Salute the Legend", is pre-cut around. If you rip it off, then it reveals a space so that Classics Prime can be present through the plastic shell.
will someone with both BTS and G3 comment on the build quality differences? that should quiet the "OMG ITS TOO EXPENSIVE" talk . . .
