Just woke up and suprisingly mine still smells really strongly like paint. I've had it happen a lot to where a toy will have that strong scent out of the box and then it goes away within a few hours but it's been overnight now towards 12 hours. I'm pretty smell sensitive so I hope others who bought it can chime in.

@Kuma Style I've had the paint smell linger longer than expected when doing model kits, etc. Assuming they used off-the-shelf paints to do the effects I've found it can linger for weeks while the paint fully cures (not just dries). Depending on when the figures were completed and painted it could be that.

If it's particularly bad for you, I've left windows open to help with the smell and that generally works well, but only if the weather is right (20-25C or so, lightly breezy, not too wet).

It's funny, looking at some of these pictures, I'd originally thought that ErectorCore would make for a neat "troop" piece, but it really has a lot more personality than I'd envisioned. It's a lot less Drone-like, and the idea of it coming with a more unique Soleron is pretty cool.

Also, how big are the posts for those boom arms on it? Wondering if they'd be compatible with some of the Kotobukiya parts kits.

Do you have any pictures of the Soleron you got with yours?

Honestly... I wasn't joking when I said it reminds me of a toasted marshmallow... it seriously looks like someone took a torch to it. Perhaps you're smelling burnt plastic.

Thank you for the advice... smell died down during the day but then I packed them up to take home (got sick so spent last night at home) and opened them up after the hour drive and boom; all over again.

I'm busy with con stuff and they're at home but I can say the forearms dont have pegs or posts but blocks that the modular pieces slide on to.

I got to use some solerons to take a pic but forgot the blue at the hotel room so here's 4 of the five I took last night. The other is blue and they're the mold of one of Alpha trianix's shoulder masters.

Thanks @Kuma Style ! Get well soon man. And hopefully you can recover that missing blue guy - looks like you've got yourself a Power Ranger Soleron Squad there if you can get the fifth one. :)

Anyone remember how long it took for FP to put up Severo core after the last con?

Between third party exclusives, Renderform stuff, new Pokemon games, and Super Smash Bros, November is going to be an expensive ass month.

@OptionZero it was just a few days before it was listed at FP store as I recall. Can't remember for other vendors - I think @Chosen Prime was selling them before anyone else though.

Any one of those would look nice with any of the Steelcore molds and I like that they chose one of the Trianix chest designs. The red, yellow, and gold, or silver all fit Severo Core nicely. The gold and yellow would good on Constructo Core, and the blue obviously on Steelcore since it looks like its a matching to his color scheme. I'd hope they would sell them in a pack but I have a bad feeling its going to be a crapshoot and that's only if Constructo Core goes on sale at some point.

I still want one in a lime green to match Steelcore's cockpit and eyes. Guess I'll have to do it myself.

He might go with Osmi, the one core they sold on their site or Ruthen, the one that was in the trailer.

So it would be called Osmi Core with that driver, or Ruthen Core with the other.

In the comic I thought they showed that these large Cores were like vehicles for the Solerons; in those panels they're basically showing that to the Solerons these were like... forklifts and bulldozers would be for us. Probably just sitting in a warehouse somewhere and only used from 9-5, basically.

Yes, I am just saying as a toy, you could pair it with either of the two guys currently without vehicles. Anyone COULD use it.

FP has NEVER been known to instigate artificial demand by rationing toy...

... Ok, sure. Let's talk about that multiquote button, though.
