There's a feedback thread comparing the two either in TF Toy Discussion, or the Feedback forum.

Yeah. I heard the same. And it goes $150 ish. Maybe less but it's in the 3 digit zone. Too much for a crappy KO

The real question is why hasn't fansproject or another third party company sculpted a new set. There's obvious demand for it. Hell just the head would be fine.

Someone on another TF board I used to go to (that I can't remember the name of either, lol), sculpted & cast a head for CJ before FP ever made theirs. I got one, I love it. I don't have the FP CJ set, but I prefer the look of the head I have.

I'd just like the FP front bumper, spoiler & BFG... [IMG]

I've got the KO version. The only thing that's really bad about it is the front bumper. The thin pieces of resin break REALLY easily. I've had to reglue them several times. Other than that it's actually not bad.

I own the KO. I got it from some seller in Singapore I think? I got mine for 80 I think (yeah, kinda ridiculous, but I wanted it). Compared to the real one, it's not bad. There is a diff. in the qualtiy of the materials, but it looks virtually the same. If you can find it for the price I paid, get it, but 150? Nah I'll pass, unless it's the official thing. I'd pay the 350 for the real thing, but not 150 for mine.

Board member venksta is brainstorming up a cj kit. I'd contact him for details or check his thread in the creative marketplace. I'm pretty stoked about it from what he plans to do with it.

That's how much I got mine for and I totally agree. $80 was a ton of money for it, I wouldn't pay any more than that.

I remember someone saying that WFC Bumblebee was getting a new head as a repaint for Cliffjumper. That might work. Of course, Venkta might do better than that in the proper tone of red, and accessories for Classic Cliff.

Yeah, I am planning a Cliffjumper upgrade. It'll be one of the first projects next year, and cheaper than that crappy KO on ebay.

Good to know this Venksta! :thumbs2:

Is it gonna come with just the head alone or are we expecting MORE?

You know, the cost of either version of this set is not really worth if. You might as well just get Alternity Cliff and use him as Classics Cliffjumper.

    That's what I'm doing :)

The kits are hellishly expensive for what they are, I can't justify the costs. So I'm using the excellent Alternity Cliff as a stand-in.

Also has the advantage of being a different design to Bumblebee to make them distinct from each other.
