I orderd this a few days ago. It has yet to arrive, I'm just hoping it is as good as everyone says it is. I have one of the first run CC's.
Is there any way to swap the faces on the '08 release???
Yes, you take off the head and slide out the faceplate like you would on the '09 version. You just need to be a little more careful, as the neck joint and face are tighter.
Dont suppose theres a tutorial??

Thanx Zero....that was what I needed.
I am thinking of cutting off the pegs on my add-on missle racks. They do nothing exept stick out. And I would rather not try to cut holes in my City Commander.
... But if you cut off the pegs, how will they mount on the shoulders?
This. You need those pegs to mount on the shoulders of City Commander in Robot Mode. The missle launchers do not have any other way to clip onto CC other than the pegs.
I 'm going to get a second set for robot mode.
If you're not going to use them in vehicle mode anyway, then why bother cutting the pegs off at all? You're gonna have one set for robot mode, then another with no pegs that won't go anywhere on the vehicle mode? That makes no sense at all.
Can anyone post pics of their set with all the stickers applied?
If the pegs bug you that much why not sell your first run City Commander, cancel your order for two add on sets, and just buy a new City Commander with the add on set?
i got my add on parts and opened them up, but had a question about the missiles...do they just pop out? i didn't want to force them out and break something, so i figured i'd ask here first...and i love the gun...way more then i thought i would...kinda want an extra one now... i think FP needs to design more guns...i'd buy a 4 gun pack, especially if those guns transformed so i could buy two packs and have 8 guns that looked different...
missiles are removable
cool, i actually got them out last night when i was playing with it more, but wasn't sure how easy they came out...
