I am having a heck of a time keeping the cannon backpack on my FP Battle Gaia. Is there a method or further modification that can be done to fix this. I can sneeze in the next room and hear it fall. I didn't see anything on shapeways either.

    Thanks!

yeah, the male port that goes into the screw hole on Onslaught/Barricade's shoulder doesn't hold too well on mine either. I put a bit of superglue in Onslaught's hole (that sounds dirty) and that helped a lot.

Yeah if there's one issue with the set it's that the backback tends to fall off pretty damn easily.

what about the shotty knee port in the swindle figure that has the worst support when trying to put him into a pose. I had to take apart the swindle figure to add a piece of plastic to make the knee actually click and stay in place. I may do a video or pictures to show what I did.

It's a pretty common issue, and I guess some worse than others.

On my particular Brut, I just sort of extremely correct his posture by pinching his shoulders together while pulling them back, making him stick his chest out, and there is just enough rome to make the back pack fit securely.

It's not exactly earthquake proof, but I can shake him around a good bit without it falling off.

My Brut's knee joint on Munitioner is slowly failing too. I figured I could just swap out the combiner joint on Warcry if it ever gets bad enough. Is it as easy a fix/replacement as that, or is it more complicated?

I don't have the knee issue on my warcry...yet. Never noticed on munitioner. Defender is a whole other story. His knee ratchets turned to dust during my video. Would someone who knows how to use shapeways please find a fix.

Yup, Warbot defender's knees suck too. They became floppy on the first day I fiddled with him. I just leaked some floor polish in the joint and it's somewhat tighter now.

I might sell my defender to get the new springer from japan but I haven't decided yet. He is awesome but so not fun to really do anything with. Back to Bruticus/Battle Gaia, I think a belt/clip that snapped around the backpack and the robot near the waist might work to fix the problem. Or the could do a full on harness that utilizes the energon star port. This could secure the backpack and give a decent chestplate too.

Actually, a more simple solution is making a bracket that pegs into the shotgun holster and connects to the fist that is nearly parrallel to the holster.

Fansproject isn't making a new Springer though. He's talking about the Asia Exclusive Springer.

He is an Asian exclusive repaint and retool of Tomahawk. He has a sword too that isn't a copter blade I think.

They're Asian exclusives, not from or for Japan. They're from Hasbro Asia, not TakaraTomy.
