I was watching Vangelus's video review of Protector and while I found it to be an interesting third party product, I was intrigued by the last page of the instruction book. It looks like it could be an add on for a pre existing figure. I think it could possibly either be a Grimlock or Megatron related product. What do you think?

It's the mammoth Glacialbot they revealed a year ago.

If I had no previous knowledge, I would've assumed it was a "king" upgrade for Classics Grimlock. It would be hilarious to see a T-Rex hauling a trailer.

wasn't this revealed 15 months ago, alongside protector & springer at some kind of convention??

Hopefully when this toy gets made. it's compatibale with the energon 5-in-1 combiners. like the deluxe & 4 basic limb/bots have the same exact styled connector points.

No, it's not Causality. Causality is part of the Crossfire label, which denotes out-of-house concepts. Glacialbots are in-house.

I was super hyped for the Glacial bots. It has been so long since an update, I wonder if they decided against doing it.

It's happening; it's the 'sneak peak' in the Protector pamphlet, which you can see in Vangelus' youtube review.

The OCD paleontologist in me just wants to say that dinosaurs existed waaaaaay before 20,000 BC...

Though I would love to see some sort of t-rex drawn chariot. Crap, I wish I have better Radicons skills.

Aren't the glacialbots supposed to be compatible with G1 scramble city style bots? I don't think they're making them as articulated as the other figs...

Yep. I'm very excited to see what the FP guys come up with, fiction-wise.

Supposed to be anyways, but it has been like TFCon 2009 since we've heard anything about them so thats about all i know, original characters/designs, 4 or 5 individual bots which combine into one giant bot, supposed to have G1-esque blockiness and stylings and are supposedly compatible with G1 Scramble style combiners
