I wish, my light up feature doesn't work on my Power Baser. I emailed both the retailer I purchased from and Fans Hobby, no reply from either. Going to try another email I guess.

The most frustrating part of the transformation is, ironically, probably the least-consequential part: the flipping of the rear-wheel borders, which end up on the lower legs in the larger robot mode. There is just NOT enough clearance.

I'm just leaving it in "wheels-facing-out" configuration for all modes. It's just not worth the frustration. "Wheels-facing-out" was good enough for the G1 toy, it was good enough for the Victory animation model, and it's good enough for Power Baser.

Full disclosure: I got mine from TCP 3 days ago and I still haven't even cut the factory tape on the box yet...

100% agree, i squish the tire past the edge of that panel, then the rest has clearance I find.

Do you have the wheels pushed in?

The panel he is talking about is attached to the same piece as the wheels, pushing the wheels in doesn't change the clearance.

Oh. I don't remember having an issue with that... I thought I turned it at the upper joint and flipped it around, but I don't have it in front of me.

Not only that, but check this:

Even the Marvel Comic had them visible. Absolutely no point spinning those bits around, other than maybe for base mode, which barely anyone transforms it into anyway :p

That's the plan, minus vehicle mode. The trailer is very skimpy to me. I wish it was slightly bigger and resembled a trailer. lol That's just me though.

Even for base mode, I'm going for wheels-out. The G1 toy had the wheels out, and I'm totally fine with Power Baser having its wheels out in base mode too. That part is just THAT frustrating.

I'm having a LOT of trouble fitting the little Ginrai powermaster into the trailer. It goes fine into the cab, and if I move the piece that connects the cab to the trailer, it plugs right in, but by default, it seems like the little Ginrai's body and that piece are trying to occupy the same space. Is there a way to make Ginrai's body thinner so that tabs in securely?

Its amazing but I'm gonna echo what others have said about putting the cab into the trailer for combined mode. Whats frustrating is how stupid that part of the design is, the red platform that forms the base of his neck is needlessly complicated, I hate having to get things, 'just right' for everything to work especially when it can move a fraction of an inch while setting things up. This reminds me of MP-09 and how finicky that was. I think the biggest issues with that design are the channels that the cab slides down into and the feet/head mechanism. I'd be ok with a parts forming head free of the armature.

Otherwise its an impressive and great looking figure.

He only stays on mine if I put the powermaster upside down.
