Here is my MTMTE for Nemesis Predaking

The one thing that is not right with him is his lower body, it's suppose to look like Alt Ops/Nemi prime. I can't find and full shots of the boxart for them.
So his alt mode reflects what it should look like, if NP's lower body were correct. (and both bot's parts were not rear ends)

they don't. he's basically a copy of their combined form.

 

Redline's got it, Nemesis Predaking is the same size as them.
