It's Seems Family Guy does another Transformers Refernce. On Tonight's New Episode Livin' on a Prayer Stewie and his new Friend Scotty, were playing Transformers, and its seems Stewie Griffin is a Transformers Fan himself. You Still think Seth MacFarlane is a Fan? Paste your Words.

Seth McFarlane is a fan of any pop culture reference he can make that might get some slight degree of attention. That's all.

Of course he's a fan, they actually got Frank Welker to voice Megatron in the Negatron clip! They usually just do bad impressions when they do those bits.

Too Bad they Didnt add Peter Cullen in the Show. Maybe Pete's not a fan of Satire.

I've seen Frank Welker play Megatron in numerous parodies. I remember a skit in Robot Chicken that featured Optimus Prime, and the creators wanted Cullen to reprise his role, but he took the role too seriously to make fun of it, so I doubt he'd play Optimus in Family Guy

It's from the 80s, so it's guaranteed McFarlane is a fan given that current Family Guy episodes are usually 23 minutes of 80s pop culture references loosely strung together, with the occasional appearance of a pointing monkey, an old paedophile and "Surfin' Bird".

I absolutely had to agree that when playing with the Transformers toys, you can't go and just bring He-Man into the game. If you want to have the G.I. Joes involved, that's fine. But not He-Man, no way.

Well I guess Stewie has gone and killed any chance of a Transformers He-Man crossover.

I laughed. A wonderful trip down memory lane. As a kid I played with TFs or Legos and neither met the other.

But couldn't He-man just take his rocket ship to cybertron? :p

Considering how many Transformers and G.I. Joe references there have been in the show throughout it's entire length, I would have to assume Seth is a fan. I mean Stewie does have Optimus and Starscream action figures.

Frank Welker is already on every cartoon ever, it's not like they had to track him down or anything.

Because there hasn't been an Optimus Prime, Starscream or He-man figure since the 80's?

    I noticed that as well.

Yeah, probably easiest to just assume that these were more recent versions.

my wife laughed her ass off so bad watching this scene last night because a couple of months ago when I went and got all my old G1 toys from my parents house I found an original he-man and battle cat and put them in my transformers display. my wife always said "those two look so out of place with the transformers"... then this happened. I literally thought my wife would pee her pants due to how much she was laughing.
