Urgh. I only ever saw a few minutes of the first one, and that was more than enough to confirm my suspicions that Drake Bell is a terrible actor and that a live action FOP was a horrible idea. Especially one in which Timmy 'grows up' by making out with tootie. (Is that really how you spell her name? <_<) They already had multiple episodes in which Timmy 'grows up', and every time, he loses his godparents and realizes what a crap-fest adult life is and has to convince the fairy world to let him be a kid again.

Suffice to say, I don't have any hopes for the second movie.

I gotta be honest: I loved the series til somehow it got boring. :(  Just like it happened with Simpsons and Spongebob. T.T I think..it all started with the episodes where Cosmo and Wanda had a baby.
Anyway, I decided to give the movie a try, even know it was horrible idea, and I wasnt wrong: it WAS horrible! ^^ So I am sure I will skip this.
But for those who like the franchise and the Live Action movie sure will love to know this.

We need a live-action My Life as a Teenage Robot movie, not more of this overrated Nickelodeon shit.

Fairy Oddparents is only good as a animated TV show... I gave the live action movie a chance and instead I was very disappointed.
I think they need to stop milking the show and leave it be.... I would say the same for Spongebob, but it's possibly the last good Nick toon that's still alive.
As far as I see it.... Nick toons have been dead for a while.
They should of ended Fairy Oddparents at that 3 part movie.
What I'm trying to say is....

I would watch it only if Timmy dumps Tootie and hooks up with Trixie

    My thoughts exactly:lol

Heck, I thought FOP went off the air YEARS ago, around the time when they were abusing the hell out of the Jimmy Neutron/FOP crossovers.

Should of ended the show at the Channel Chasers special where Timmy grows up as Alec Baldwin and Cosmo and Wanda look after his kids. That live action piece of crap ruined the specials ending.

I don't know, I watched the first special on youtube this morning and I kind of liked it. Sure it might go against what the animated special you mentioned established, but is that necessarily a bad thing? I kind of can't stand the thought of Timmy Turner growing up into Alec Baldwin.

Be that as it may. Call me when they revive Danny Phantom in Live Action and maybe I'll gripe along with some of you. If it's bad. ;)

My goodness as much as I love Tara Strong and Daran Norris. This show needs to die.
