Exactly. I try to make my status updates entertaining. If I don't think anybody will get any use or humor out of it, I don't bother.

EDIT: So an elderly gentleman who is on my wife's friends list just decided to be creepy on her status update. He's either too old to realize he's being creepy, or too old to care that's he being creepy. Funnily enough he's a fan of Jerry Lee Lewis, which is not surprising to me at all.

 

This sounds like most message boards honestly. Not TFW of course  

 

Yeah I agree. I guess the biggest difference is on most message boards people are a bit more mean as they think that they are more anonymous.
