Not a question about the game itself but i played for about an hour then i went and played cOD: MW2 and then decided to put fable back on but the fucka keeps freezing during the loading screen just after the menu screen which says "press start"

I looked at the disc and it didnt seem scratched, i only just got it and everything else is working fine. Any idea what is going on?
