Ok last year my Dad bought a Hdd for our computer and we moved everything on it.

I'm the new owner and keeper of the information and My or any other co puters won't let me access it.

it shows up in the Device Manager and my computer indicates it's connected but It's not in the My Computer area.

without it I have no access to my Itunes,Media Go,Videos,Pictures anything!!!!

and my sisters whole computer backup resides in it till her new one comes in this month.

    HELP!!!!!!

There may be a switch in the back to change the drive from eSATA to USB 2.0.
If there is, make sure its on USB.

Also, try plugging it into another port, another PC, or even an Xbox or PS3.
