I freaking loved this series, I've got all the Exoframe Toys except for a few of the rare ones.

The Story line was incredible, could compare to Beast Wars at some point but gave the harsh reality of war new meaning. One of the first cartoons I ever watched, the E-Frames were awesome....the space battles big and anyone who wasn't in Able Squad had Redshirt Written all over em' cause they got blasted to pieces.

Though later in the series one of my favorite characters got killed in the final battle...he was the coolest one aside from Jt Marsh.

Heck I like the series so much years ago I bought a small VCD Set that had the whole series on it...even though they were mostly VHS and TV Rip Quality I really wish they'd bring this series to DVD.

I remember that show. Used to be one of my favorites when it was on. As I remember it ended with a cliffhanger that they never resolved though...

I don't consider Episode 52 to be part of the series...I mean ending it at Episode 51 at the conclusion of the War was a good way to end it. That last episode screwed things up....

I'm watching the episodes I have on my PC....Still though the Toys ROCKED.

Exo Squad was rowdy as hell. I loved those toys with a passion.

One thing I love about the show is that there are some incredible lines and dialogue from the series that you just don't forget.

Jt Marsh: If you don't like surprises, you're in the wrong line of work.

Course there is also the line in my Sig....my favorite of all of em.

    Anybody have a favorite character?

Personally Alec Daeleon and Jt Marsh were my two favorites.....I liked Wolf Bronski too he was ok. Eve Hanely was my favorite of the Resistance along with Sean Napier.

That fact that this series is not out on DVD is a crime.

Good show with real continuity. The kid humor got on my nerves some, but I suppose it was needed.

Well that's one way to look at it. Episode 52 as I recall was mostly the post-war clean up which I enjoyed seeing. It's just the very end with the alien vessels destroying Chaos and moving on into the Solar System that messed things up...

Which is kinda odd since some of the episodes are available on Hulu.com, here. I'd like to watch it all someday.

I agree. Although it has been many years since I have seen this series it was great and needs a DVD release. It should have been released years ago.

Garry Chalk, Richard Newman and David Kaye were all in it. Don't think Scott McNeil was though... He's not listed on any of the cast lists I can find for the show at any rate.

Edit: One page I found does list Scott McNeil as well as Paul Dobson under additional voices for the show.

Even though I've seen almost ALL the episodes [there were a few episodes that were never encoded or are crappy encodes] I'd love to get a DVD Set if it were ever released.

I'm going to have to make a thread devoted to the toys once I get my last two E-frames in mail...The Field Sgt.E-Frame with Rita Torres and The Repair E-Frame with Maggie Weston.

I never knew of Battletech.....only knew of it in recent years.

Still I wonder if Pheaton is just as ego maniacal as Megatron is...then again Pheaton was half Hitler, half Stalin, half other mixed together. There are so many parts of his whole plan and his methods that could easily compare him to them.

I saw some episodes on cassette about two months ago at rite aid. That series had the single most WTF ending ever.

Yeah that 52nd episode just messed it up.

The whole thing with nara burns really was unnecessary.....she had a freaking blaster. She just should have shot pheaton and then it'd have been over.
