I got my M.P. Hot-Rod and Exgraver today.
    How awsome is that.
Not i checked my M.P. Hot-Rod up and down for the problems that everyone has mention about that figure.

But are there and problems with the Exgraver toy I should look out for or becareful of?

    EDIT:
So I'm trying to fix the shovel arm. I know LongHaul is coming with a new shovel but i still want to fix this one.

The black piece that the excavator piece (arm? whatever, the green thing with the bucket on the end) connects with is prone to cracking, but that's about it.

Tj Mitchell did his review and on of the silver tabs that the legs connect to in vehicle mode was not there. This is the only issue i have heard of other than the bucket arm which they are going to include a replacement with the next figure as well as offer a swap for it if you do not plan on getting all of hercules (source was Peaughs review of Exgraver).

I am very careful with my excavator arm, so the base hasnt cracked on me yet.

My only major issue is that after several transformations, one of the ball jointed hips has become extremely loose.

..not so much an issue, as a general question..why does the little cab accessory have a peg on the bottom AND the top?

If you pull his feet all the way down 180 degrees (for ballerina Exgraver mode?) there are no teeth on the gears to keep the feet in sync. It's easy enough to reset, but alarming when you first do it and realize that you can't get both ends of the feet back into the treads in unison.

    AH holy crap!
    Which side cracks?

The 'base' or the arm, that plugs into the figure?
    or
the 'base' that's part of the actual figure, that the arm plugs into?

Can i fix that in any way?

The rings on the base that hold the shovel arm in. The ratchets are too stiff at the base, causing stressing and cracking.

It's possible to disassemble the shovel base and file down the ratchet tabs to relieve the pressure.

Otherwise, TFClub's aware of the problem, and will be shipping a replacement digger out for free, packaged with Heavy Labor in September (or if you're not buying Heavy Labor, you can contact them to get a replacement).

The connector piece that connects the boom to the figure. Even that supposedly only cracks when you raise the boom beyond 90 degrees in excavator mode. In other words, it only happens if your doing some aggressive shoveling. So be careful when using him as an actual construction vehicle, I guess!

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking that maybe it will be used as an adapter later, but I have no idea.

Unscrew the three screws on the larger half of the excavator arm gently slide them apart look at the end of them. You'll see some "tabs" shave them down but not completely. Screw it back together and your done. Sorry if that wasnt helpful it's hard to describe

For a voyager sized toy. I do not have it but have watched the videos. From what i have seen i do not think he is worth the money. I am also not a collector of third party products. That wont last long since i am getting KM Annihilator. Been wanting that mold since i saw the first review of the commander. Alas i digress.

It is a very big piss off. It's 100 bucks and it already in dange of breaking.
But i like this guy over any of the fansproject stuff. I like the big block movements alot better. I'm always scared of breaking my FanProject Blastoff.
