    ...and what happened to it.

1984 Ford Mustang - Given to my brother-in-law, he used it for parts.
1978 Buick Regal - Cracked block, sold it to some kid for $900, he put a new engine in it, still saw it around town for a few years
1996 Dodge Neon - Traded in @ 200,000 miles (got $4,000 for it!)
1993 Dodge Caravan - Totaled in a wreck
1993 Chevy Lumina - Cracked Block after owning it for 5 months!
2001 Dodge Caravan - Still have it - wife's car
1994 Ford LTD Station Wagon - Sold to old lady
1993 Chevy Astro - Cracked Block after I had it for 7 months.
1989 Chevy Silverado - Well, I actually didn't own it, but I drove it for about 4 months, it belongs to my brother-in-law, just gave it back to him after getting another car.
1995 Dodge Stratus - Just got it about a week and 1/2 ago, my "daily driver"

1985 Oldsmobile Calais (Indy 500 Pace Car version) - 2 years after rebuilding the engine it crapped out and was taken to a junk yard (got $35 for it cause they had to tow it)

1980 Pontiac Bonneville - Gave back to my mom after I got the Tempo (the frame rusted out a year after I gave it back to her)

1984 Ford Tempo (white trunk yellow body) - blew it's 2nd motor at 148,000 miles - junked out (got $35 for it again because they had to tow it)

1985 Chevrolet Celebrity - Gave to a friend at 250,000 miles - still ran as far as I knew

1993 Mazda 323 Hatchback - broken axle - junkyard (got $45 for it! Yay!)

1994 Ford Tempo - Motor blown out - was my wife's and it ran for a long damned time ($35 for towing to junkyard)

1996 Dodge Caravan - The new daily workhorse and the first car I'd paid more than 600 bucks for. :)

1986 Toyota Camry (1993-1997): Parents got worried about me driving an old car back and forth to college and traded it to me straight up for...
1995 Geo Prizm (1997-2005): Head gasket blew while vacationing in Georgia for Thanksgiving last year, needed new engine, had myriad other problems (A/C, brakes, suspension, broken windshield), too expensive to fix, sold for $100 for scrap metal to some guy down there
1989 Chrysler LeBaron (2001-2002): wife's car when we got married. Totaled in wreck. Sold for parts to a pull-a-part yard.
1986 Toyota Camry (2005-now): The same as my first car. Still running strong at 232,000+ miles. Bought again off my parents for a dollar since it was just sitting in their garage.

1987 Ford Fiesta 21st Birthday Present - I couldn't drive back then & was too interested in drinking to learn- sold it to my cousin who won several stock car races with it.
1996 Nissan MicraMy wife got bored with it so we used it as a trade in for...
2001 Renault ClioI loved that car, its really easy to drive. We'd still have it too, if we didnt have loads of kids and have to get a new one, which is
2001 Kia Carens AutomaticI hate this car (if you could call it that - its a bloody big gold bus). Its a pig to drive, nothing ever works properly on it, you can't see anything behind you and the parking sensor thinks you are going to hit things a half a mile away!! I only have it cause it has seven seats. I want my Clio back!!:cry

1985 Diahatsu Charade (2003 - now) - When my brother got married they only had room at their apartment for one car, so his wife passed her car on to me as I was just about to start driving. I've still got it now. Over 350 000 Kms done (although I do believe it's on it's 2nd engine). Pretty reliable, but I have done a fair bit of work on it over the last few years (like brakes, radiator, etc). I'm just afraid that one day it'll die suddenly.

Sunfire 99 while I wish to get rid of the rev limiter and quite a few of the bad features of this car I cant complain as its beeen the car I learned to drive in standar-and the one Im doing my G2 license anyhow-2000 to current

    looking into

Toyota Celica: well I recently found out the 86-92 have similar engines to the ones the phantom I loved had, as well as having the initialDish feeel-celica 86-89 looks like an 8/6 trueno-I just need to get a few grands more-either model from 86 to I think 96 are from 2500 to 6000 this days.

1993 Topaz: It had the V6 and was standard, so it wasn't too bad. Sold it to a friend and the rad blew a month later.

1988 Mustang GT: My dad and I completly rebuilt the engine. Added some stuff for power etc... i had the car for almost 10 years, never drove it in the winter and didn't have a spot of rust. I sold it last month to my cousin for what i payed for it 10 years ago.

1985 Crown Victoria: it was my winter car for a few years... until i get something new it's my daily driver. I payed $600 for it 4 years ago and only last week did i have a problem. The timing chain jumped... i'll fix it this week-end and she'll last another 4 years :)

K-reg Renault Espace (2002-2004) First car after passing test. Needed something big to fit everyone in. Too many things wrong to list - suffice to say it was cheaper to get another car come MOT time

L-reg Ford Escort (2004-2005) nice car - would have kept it longer, but was unsuitable for carting everyone around.

M-reg Rover 314 (2005) a stop-gap car while Ford was being serviced - a pile of crap - hated it!

M-reg Renault Savanna (2005-2006) Upgraded so as to be able to get everyone in again.

N-reg Ford Mondeo (2006) My current car. After wife split, I gave her Renault (which she scrapped) and got myself a Ford, as memories of Escort made me want a decent car. Just need to get myself and boys around now, so no need for a biggie...

1982 Dodge Aries - Sold it to an acquaintence. Heard he went bajaing in the woods and got it stuck in a log. He left it there to collect rust.

1986 Pontiac Grand AM - Traded the car for a 1993 Suberu Loyale in 1998. Last I heard someone bought it and abandoned the car after it broke down.

1993 Suberu Loyale - Got it repossessed. My ex-roomate bought it and thought he could flaunt it at me and all kind of emotional abuse ensues from that point. Last I heard, he wrecked it after I made my hasty disappearence.

1990? Plymouth Caravelle - Great car, no A/C. Traded that car for a 2000 Honda Civic EX coupe I am currently paying off.

1991 Mercury Topaz - A hand-me-down from my grandmother, I totaled it in November 2004.

2004 Volkswagen Jetta - Two days after totalling my topaz I bought this beauty. I had been saving up for a new car since I turned 16 in 2002.

92 Vauxhall Nova 1.2- Car I learned in, it usually managed to scare me in some way every trip!
It got stolen and burnt out.

98 Fiat Bravo 1.4- Parents bought me this after my Nova was stolen, since I needed a car for work and uni and couldn't afford one at the time. Not a bad looking car, was nippy and handled alright as well. The only main problem is that it was a Fiat, and as such the build quality isn't the best. Having gone through 2 brake lines and with various squeaks and rattles going on I stopped feeling so safe in the car. So I sold it and borowed some cash off my dad to buy.....

00 Lexus IS200 sport - God I love this car. Every time I take her out I come home with a smile on my face. It even makes my mum jealous becuase her BMW doesn't have AC (or traction control that works). For a 6-year-old car there are practicly no creaks or rattles from the interior and the mechanicals are bulletproof considering it's a posh Toyota after all. Haven't succumbed to tuning it, but in the future I may go down to Toyota and have the supercharger option and the full TTE kit fitted :D

1982 Dodge Ram Van: After years of faithful service, it got into a mode where it would stall if I drove it up hills. Of course living in a mountain town for college at the time didn't help.
1991 Jeep Cherokee: Drove like a top, ran it into the ground until it was needing too much repair
1999 Volkswagen beetle: Tons of horrible electrical problems... my first new car. Warranty covered nothing, the dealership was a bunch of stuck-up douchebags and parts cost a ton and took weeks to arrive. After getting a ticket for a broken turn signal (3rd time in 4 weeks it died and was replaced) I traded it in.
2001 Jeep Libery: New car... love it. Good gas mileage, Chrysler is nice service and good parts. Thinking of buying a diesel version when more biodiesel pumps come near to my area.
