I have moved a bit, and recently I was setting down with my Alternators, I was lookign for my Skids, and I grab what I think is him, when in reality it was a custom I had started and had taken off all the flames.

Has anyone else done this then forgot why you sold it in the first place.

This. Sometimes I like a figure, then after a while I lose interest in it. I sell it for some quick cash to get new figures and then later on, I think, wow that was a pretty cool toy. I want it back!

Happens to me all the time!

I really should keep an inventory of what I'd gotten/bought this far in my years of collecting but I keep holding that off. Its a chore to backtrack now, especially when it hasn't been done for like 14 years! :p

  14. No. Luckily I haven't experienced that yet.

Oh no I didn't sell him three times, I forgot that I sold him on three different occasions. I would go to get him out of storage and then be like, oh yeah I sold him.

I thought I sold TFTM Payload twice, but the buyer must have backed out both times because he keeps popping back up in my what-the-heck-do-I-do-with-you box.

Opposite for me. Sometimes I'll be digging around in "deep storage" and pull out a toy that I could have sworn I sold long ago. Often it's a nice surprise and I'll be glad I didn't sell it.

I've had the 'I thought I sold that but I still have it' thing. I was sure I sold off a load of G1 doubles a while back and then at the start of the year while noodling around in my TF storage I found them. Was sorta nice to find I still had them actually. It's extremely rare I ever sell TF stuff and I always regret it afterwards.
