    i just got a email from them saying they will not do anything about my $200.00 busted statue ya they so suck!

    Can you take it up with the shipper?

    Also, how did you pay?

    EDIT - Also, their website is awful looking and really hard to navigate. Sure, not always indicative of the quality you'll get when you shop, but usually enough of an indicator to me to steer clear unless I hear good word of mouth.

    Listed in their policies or not, they absolutely have to stand behind their product and either exchange or refund you. Unless you paid cash, you've got a lot of power here so don't fret. Get your damn statue!!

    i shipped USPS but i don't know how much help they will be toystoreinc sent it in a tobix box with out ANY padding *who the hell sends a statue like that!* so i don't think USPS is at fault

    i paid with a credit card i wish i did it with paypal then i would hit them up with a clam but i don't know if there is anything i can do now

    You can always call your card and explain and ask. I've seen charges reversed for stuff like this before.

    yea, just dispute it with your cc, and don't use that website again.. if it's too good to be true, it usually is

    Dispute it with your credit card company. It should be no problem to get a refund that way.

    WTF. Look at the thumbnail for the Power Rangers section. It's Turboranger, a series we never got as Power Rangers, but they only sell US stuff. Weird.
