Just a heads up.
Nice, when/if it comes to the US, I'll Octiple-dip.
Apparently no planned release date for the game stateside.
Probably because they're still in love with the 20th Anniversary of Final Fantasy IV (and yes, I'm buying a PSP simply for that game).
If I threw a stone at your for that, I would be guilty of hypocrisy and subject to execution by watching the Gobots TV show while hearing the sound from TFTM 1986.
Cecil and Rosa FTMFW. I still want my Locke and Celes though.
20 years... I still remember my first time peeling into that game, thinking how freaking sweet Kain was and forever lovin the Dragoons.. ahh.. so old I have become.
I do have a niece with a PSP so I may yet be able to avoid buying one
I see a nostalgia discussion coming.
Remember Edge hitting on Rydia all the time. And how awesome it was after she got swallowed by the leviathan, and you find her later all mature and badass.
Fuck, great game!
Well, it's one of the greatest games ever made, but I already have several versions to play and don't really need to waste batteries playing it again on the wii.
Blasphemy! If they made a paper and pencil version, you should play it!
If it was Square from a decade ago, I would have easily supported them by getting it. Nowadays, I'm not so gung-ho to get everything they rerelease, especially in digital format since I can't really add it to any kind of FF shrine I may or may not have.
Several SNES copies, the Gameboy Advance version, the Japanese PS version, and the US PS version are good... for now.
Yeah, they did release the hell outta that game,
and people keep buying it like freaking hotcakes, just goes to show what TRUE quality in a game gets you, a money printer
The After Years I was disappoint though, so much potential if with the Wii version they had taken the actual initiative to expand and work out the limitations from the phone version, which for a phone version, I have to admit is pretty fantastic though.
The Complete Collection: Final Fantasy IV on the PSP will have The After Years on the disc.
