    Shockblast:

For those who don't know, we already found out that Shockblast (as well as Swindle) is a repackage intended for the European market (multi-lingual endflap). He is probably not going to flood American shelves again.

    LoC Excellion:

Note that the name is just on a small cardboard insert. Maybe the one that says "Excellion" wasn't finished so they used a Hot Shot one for the packaging sample.

I love Soundwave's bio! :D :D :D :D  Oh, and Excellion looks cool too. Sunstorm and Optimus Prime look worthy to be on my holy grail shelf (which pics will come very very soon to the collection showcase here).

Man got to love Soundwave can't wait for this one and as for Laserbeak he can be a bomb or a drum or what ever don't care he is Laserbeak thats good enough for me.

BTW: Is it me or does his arms are reverse (by looking at GF Soundwave his shield/top canopy of his jet mode is on his left arm and on Cyb Soundwave is on hir right arm???)

    More pics added:

European Crosswise (hexalingual packaging, photo of toy instead of box artwork) and the Drag Race Pack again... but a packaging variant? Hot Shot packaged upside down?

I REALLY hope they don't keep Excellion packaged as Hot Shot... that would be enormously stupid and confusing for kids...

Not sure. Depends on whether Hasbro were willing to come up with mottos in six different languages.

No packaging changes on Hot Shot and Excellion makes me think these are possibly very early test shots.

The product numbers on the cards are different for both Optimus (old: 80985; new: 81246) and "Hot Shot" (old: 80987; new: 81244).

Remember, the names are only on tiny cardboard inserts that are not part of the card itself.

Also remember the two European Micromasters Storm Jets.

New product numbers? I stand corrected then. I guess they are more interested in focusing on the established Hot Shot name for the kid that has $5 in his pocket.

Nope, I think we're both halfway right - cards are different, but maybe the name inserts weren't finished or someone at the factory just goofed or whatever. :)

Remember Cybertron Downshift with a Jungle Planet key...
