Pff,that's easy.I mean,it's not like they're one of the best teams in Europe or something.

Sarcasm aside, I don't think Croatia will get to the next round either.I just don't see them winning against Spain or Italy .The best they can hope is a tie,but that seems unlikely too

It was a brave team selection by Trapattoni to stick with 2 wingers and 2 strikers, but with 2 Championship defenders at the back and Dunne who is always in danger of having a shocker a team with the quality of Croatia are going to pick you apart. I'd like to see Croatia continue their good run of qualifying from the group stages and I think they will at the expense of Italy. The new Dzeko, Mandzukic, might be a good punt to finish tournament top scorer.

England France tomorrow and I'd predict a bore 0-0 draw, same with the Swedes and Ukraine. Not so much a group of death but a group of boredom, France have the talent to do well but since they last won the Euros they've generally (bar 06) flattered to deceive and still have no one to fill the massive shoes of Zidane.

Ok so far the highlight of this match has been the Halo 4 trailer. Holy shit.

Although England's goal was rather nice, lucky he got a second attempt! I didn't catch France's goal though, was that good?

Pretty good match, both teams looked decent.
    England really missed Rooney.

Ooh I must say i'm liking how they play Heart of Courage when both teams walk onto the pitch. Can we just have more of that and no National anthems please? :D

And with that we have seen every team in the competition play once.

Russia are probably the standout team so far, though they are in the weakest group.
Italy and Spain both seemed good, Germany were ok.
    Netherlands played well, but lost.

Very open competition and we got a few shocks already.

Agreed. The gap between Young and Welbeck and the rest of the team was HUGE! Rooney is an expert at dropping deep and bringing the rest of the team into the game. By the end we couldn't even counter-attack and the French just kept pushing us deeper and deeper back towards our own goal. Will be interesting to see how we cope with retaining possesion against Sweden and Ukraine as I would like to see us link up play much better and create a few more chances.
Still, overall the result was a good one as I had a bad feeling about it before the game and I didn't see too much to be worried about after the other game in our group tonight.

I'm supporting Italy. Pirlo and Balotelli are some of my favorite players. The match against spain was good. Italy played well and I'd never seen xavi and iniesta loose possesion that much. And I think Pirlo is better than xavi.

However spain has a good squad and I think they can win the tournament if they get their tactics right. I mean against italy they just played there best midfielder no strikers untill the end.

Greece substitute their goalkeeper, I don't know how he got an injury.

    Shocking start from Greece

Pilar is looking like the breakout star of the tournament so far. I could see some transfer action for him after the tournament.

Terrible mistake there from Cech, he was definitely afraid of getting hurt again.
