A Transformers action figure comic based on a whole new continuity, though similiar to Beast Wars, it happens in the future of "a" G1, or G1-like universe. I'm going to do all the backstory in the next issue; but the basic idea is that a shadowy "Council of the Other" promise to end the power struggle on Cybertron, but do so by instigating an authoritarian rule. Tiring of this, Prime leaves Cybertron wih 3 small autobots called Levitia(Expiremental Hovercraft), Barrel(Energon/Chemical Storage) and Tractle(small Tractor cab) and an escaped Hot Rod, who was being held prisoner by a small cabal of Quintessons in a secret lab on Cybertron. He hopes to appeal to the governments of other worlds to dissolve the situation without resorting to violence; but the Council declare him a Renegade once they learn of the details of his flight. I've gone to effort to think up a backstory, but a lot of the comic, being an action figure comic, is just pissing around. So don't take it too seriously. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v664/Wetflame/page1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v664/Wetflame/page2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v664/Wetflame/page3.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v664/Wetflame/page4.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v664/Wetflame/page5.jpg Hope it's okay. Does anyone here use CBRs? I have one here I'm thinking of uploading, it's higher quality than those JPGs.
nice idea but the 1st page layout is particular boring because the photo angles are all similar. try to look up capecca's examples in the toyark forum. you dont have to use effects, but the photography could be more creative.
Prime's head just wouldn't stay up. I've since shoved a bit of toilet paper in there and I think it's done the trick. I like Cybertron Prime but 'm thinking of replacing it with a mini Armada Prime(the flashlight one) or hybrid style G1 Prime if I can find it. I change around the photo angles after the first page. I couldn't move around too much as the particular place I was in had a pretty bad drop to the other side, I'd probably fall over if I tried to take pictures from there. Thanks for the CC though I'll take it on board.
