Autobots, transform and speculate!
point capture deathmatch
My idea: When you enter Escalation mode in Multiplayer, game will ask you to join in to Autobots or Decepticons. There will be to tower-like buildings which will be the spawning place. The goal is to collect the most Energon scattered around the map and return it to your base. BUT, when you return to base, game will make you put Energon in something like an excavator to complete your phase successfully. And Shockwave may be a TF that controls the excavator specially in Multiplayer.
AND 300th POST WHOHOOO!!
I will guess that it is a deathmatch mode like the arena in ratchet and clank 3 ,where loads of enemys come at you, when you kill them even more than first time atack and so on.
You're riding an escalator on which drones from the opposing faction are constantly coming down the wrong way. Eventually you'll get sick of it and throw down.
I'm guessing survival mode. Kill as many robots as possible within the time given or until killed yourself.
Pretty much what I thought.
it is a mode in the game
i call it now
i so want this game now
Maybe it's like Horde Mode in Gears Of War 2, where you fight even stronger enemies for as long as you can hold out
I think this will be like Gow2's horde mode or halo 3 odst's firefight mode.
That would fit the literal meaning of "Escalation". Would be cool though if that was also available to single player mode if that is what it is - sounds like a fun excuse to throw in a boss rush mode.
I'm guessing it's a survival mode, as others have said, like Firefight or Horde.
...I like it
Haven't any of you read IDW's "-ation" comics? Escalation is Phase 2 (lol)!
From the Transformers Wiki: "[Escalation Mode is] involves the agitation of pre-existing conflicts and igniting "international hotspots". Frequently this is accomplished with facsimile avatars -- artificial duplicates of key members of the planet's native population, equipped to duplicate the original's actions, memories and personalities, but programmed to serve the Decepticons' interests. The goal is to get the natives to obliterate themselves, without the Decepticons' direct involvement."
So, lots of dialogue, political angling, melodramatic infighting, and civil unrest.
Your bot gets an hard on in Escalation Mode. Everything else is just like in Single Player, only visual differences of your character.
Separate names with a comma.
