What he hell are you talking about?? This never happened. If you mean while he was transforming, yes he was still a robot at that point.

 

It did happen. Tessa, Cade and Shane was onboard Optimus in his cab when they lamented the loss of Lucas. So Optimus talked to them while in vehicle mode there. For your reference, this is mere moments after Lockdown killed Lucas.

im pretty sure you can see dreadbot briefly transforming behind a landing nitro zeus in the south dakota town..it's inredibly brief..like wreckers in dotm brief but i looks like it!


QUESTION: anyone know why drift wasnt in the final scene with all the rest of the bots? the one where prime is giving his closing monologue?

 

I've never seen wreckers transforming in dotm...

topspin also transforms again while prime is hanging from the wire...it's ridiculously far away though, still awesome

another question...where the heck did optimus prime go after he jet packs towards cybertron to 'lead the charge'...he's not seen again until much later in the battle riding dragonstorm..like wtf? makes no sense

right around 1:05 mark..easier to see when it's not reversed & in more clear resolution like blu-ray for example..that's when i first noticed

 

That's not a error, this is the style of damn TLK - avoid showing Optimus as much as possible. I guess screenwriters got in trouble, because they couldn't write normal phrases for Him and write normal serious inspiring scenes. And that's one of the main problem in this Movie, since Optimus' wisdom, heroic selfless actions and Autobots and humans believing in Him are essential for Transformers...
