Seeing this pretty much saved the whole movie for me
I mean JUST LOOK
Being frozen in space clearly didn't affect Optimus his physical fitness
Also I just realised this:
Izabella:"Go to hell!"
Megatron:"This planet is hell."
Earth = Unicron = Hell for transformers
Burton does tell Cade and Viviane, that his castle was built around the round table.
Thank you for clearing things up for me
Considering that fact that the Saxons were invading and the general time frame of Arthurian Legend, it's not hard to imagine that the ruins of that castle WERE THE CASTLE that Round Table was originally placed in.
Can someone explain this to me?
Optimus: "The war was lost, Cybertron is now a barren wasteland..."
Optimus: "What has happened to my world?"
"What have you done to my home?"
DOTM: Cybertron used to be bountiful, before the war. War decimated what once was great.
TLK: The spacebridge incident in DOTM, imploded at least half of Cybertron. What Optimus sees, when he lands, seem to be the remains, strung together into a make-shift ball clump of a planet.
I guess Prime should have been asking, who in the world are you, and what kind of shenanigans are you trying to pull here?
Now it makes more sense to me
Why on earth did Optimus sound like Sentinel at the start? Like he literally sounded more like Leonard Nimoy than he did Peter Cullen. It was so strange.
Ah, who could forget good ol' Scrapperbot. He was the best thing of TLK outside Optimus jogging. At least he had a story arc:
After he tried to catch Sam and Mikeala in ROTF and being cut in half by Optimus in DOTM he started to realise how meaningless the entire war was so he decided to defect. So by just by willpower alone he managed to pull himself together (literally) and joined the side of the autobots along with Wheelie. He was also very shy and ashamed of his past as a decepticon so most of the time he would hide in his vehicle mode until his old masters appeared at the junkyard...
is it just me or the grimlock vs TRF scene from the trailer is missing in the film ?
When Wheelie is looking up classy chassie, and then the car with a lot of junk in the trunk, there is literally junk in that car's trunk ... so funny. It keeps him in character, from his warrior goddess leg humpin' days. He's still obsessed.
That scene was in the movie.
No, it's in the film, it's just very short. The two dinobots come out of nowhere, flip over TRF vehicles (Slug is in two shots max), and then we move on, dinobots are nowhere to be seen. Only the character played by Santiago mentions the attack: "They were my men" - saying he wanted to use deadly force in retaliation.
No, you can tell from its wing kibble that the Jetfire model reuse was a Spitfire or Hurricane fighter.
The bots fighting in the beginning montage use the aoe Junkheap model, the two bots playing volleyball in cuba also use the aoe Junkheap model.
I believe that the ones fighting in the city decided to become friends, found out about Cuba, and decided to move there to live in peace and play volleyball.
I was thinking too that those were junkheap models playing volleyball. Everyone says it was Roadbuster but he lacked those shoulder missile packs
I also realised this:
Optimus:"Bumblebee, I haven't heard your voice since Cybertron fell"
To most people (including me) this doesn't make sense. Most people remember that Bee spoke in TF07. HOWEVER Cybertron was only really destroyed in DOTM to the point that Prime accepted earth as his new home. So that could the moment Prime was referring to when Cybertron really fell.
I just realized the part there Bumblebee talking to Optimus, making the latter get out of the mindcontrol, is actually a reference to a G1 episode there the same thing happened ("Attack of the Autobots" to be precise). So I say this again; TLK was the most G1 movie of them all, despite not being in the G1 universe.
