What does everyone use for epoxy? I am using a devcon two part epoxy currently but there just isn't enough in the tubes for the cost. I do like the material though. Good and solid and takes well to sanding.

    For sculpting or for adhesive?

I also use the devcon. It's expensive, but one of the best around. There's also (my favorite) Super Glue Plastic Fusion, but it's only available in certain states or online (devcon is too for that matter)

I too would like to find "industrial sized" devcon epoxy. Maybe I'll call them and ask if they offer larger than the tiny syringe.

Right now, I am working on sculpting some details, but I also use Devcon for "gluing" parts together. I was just looking on their site and they offer 25mil, 47 mil, 2 liter, 5 gal and 50 gal! I may have to find where I can pick up a gallon of adhesive and activator! Good call with contacting the manufacturer :)

For an actual sculpting product, you might want to check out Aves Studios epoxy clay, great stuff - there are several threads regarding it on this very forum.
