Staff Edit: Let's just make this the official thread for any story ideas anyone has. Post them here.

I have a new idea for an episode of Transformers: Prime. It could be a 2-part episode.

Here's the plot of part 1:

Megatron finally discovers the location of The Autobots' base via a special satellite Knock Out invented. Megatron leads a massive attack on The Autobots' base. The Autobots try to defend their base from Megatron and waves of Decepticons. Even with the help of Wheeljack, Megatron heavily damages Optimus and nearly kills him, Decepticons capture Agent Fowler, and Megatron manages to destroy the Autobots' base.

    Part 2:
With their base completely destroyed during Megatron's attack, The Autobots struggle to move on and find a new base of operations. Angered that Optimus is now on the brink of death thanks to Megatron's attack, Bulkhead decides to launch a counter-attack on Decepticons' base. But when they discover that Agent Fowler was captured during the attack on the Autobot base, the counter-attack turns into a rescue mission.

    So, what do you think?

It would be interesting if the Decepticons finally found the base.

    But bulkhead is dead?

and Fowler is captured again. He has about as much luck as Princess Peach in Mario Bros.

But Makeshift is supposedly dead and Megatron would be unable to locate the Autobot base because the first time he entered the base was through an Autobot ground bridge.

Optimus: "By ground-bridging Megatron here, he will be unable to discover our coordinates." Possibly the only way Megatron would ever find the base again is if Dreadwing changes sides with an Autobot alongside him, Megatron witnesses this through a Decepticon viewscreen or whatever and commands Laserbeak to track Dreadwing and the Autobot back to their homebase in Nevada.

That would make an epic episode. It'd be cool to see all the things I put in there in the episode.

I had that idea I mentioned in some thread that if SOundwave found out what the Autobots were doing via the virus and found out where the information was being downloaded to....He could find the location of the Autobot base.
I could have sworn that someone on a panel said that part of eason 2 would take place in space or that the Autoborts leave earth or something like that.
We all thought the space reference and episode is when Jack went to Cybertron but what if it wasn't. What if the space and Autobot leaving thing was to protect ehir secret or their base got destroyed so for the humans friends safety they leave

technically Megatron doesn't know where the base is as he came in through a groundbridge and the location was never divuldged.

don't know why this didn't show up in the multiquote
but, it would be cool, it would be cool if all of our ideas were in an episode and this is going to come off as rude and I'm sorry but it would be cool but it isn't going to happen. If I saw one of my ideas on an episode I would either chalk it up to coincidence or that I was correct in an assumption on where a storyarc was going (more likely the latter).
really this should porbably go in the fanfiction are? Because even though it's an episode idea it really is fanfiction when you think about it. I mean everyone wishes their fanfic would be made into a storyarc or episode.
Plus if everyone put their episode ideas in this forum it would get horribly cluttered and problematic to find the threads that actually discuss Prime.
Sorry if that comes off as rude, but I don't intend at that way but....

    2. Electric Avenue:

    6. All Hail the King:
Two new arrivals upset the power balance at the Autobot base and throw it into chaos; the childish and energetic Sparkler, and the rapid thinker Turbocharger. When one gets captured on The Nemesis, the other goes berserk.
Introduces: Sparkler (White/Ice blue Monte Carlo) and Turbocharger (Magenta and Navy Chrysler 300)

    7. All Hail the Queen:
With Turbocharger left in stasis lock in the earth’s atmosphere, Sparkler has become a crazed assailant. Jolt and Ratchet have no choice but to install a power breaker in her to keep her in line. When she runs into Knockout, the autobots have to come to a harsh decision; execute her for risking multiple human lives, or leave a berserker on the team?

    8. Off the Beaten Path:
Crosshairs arrives on earth, much to the joy of Jolt and Bulkhead. The weapons specialist helps them upgrade their armory, and even manages to impress Fowler. But he doesn’t want to stay with Team Prime, and joins Fowler.
Introduces: Crosshairs (Dark Blue/Crimson Armored Truck)

    9. Return to the Island:
Miko's stay in the US is over, and she has to go back to Japan. Heartbroken, Prime assigns Bulkhead to go with her, and asks Fowler to find someone in the Japanese Government to watch her. Meanwhile, MECH attempts to kidnap her. Introduces: Miko's Parents, Kaminari Ishihara

    10. Thunderstruck:
MECH recovers Turbocharger’s Stasis Locked body, and begins reverse engineering him. When the autobots find out, they go to Knock Out and Dreadwing to help them recover the sparkling’s body. When they arrive, MECH’s militia attacks them.

    11. City of Mayhem:
While on patrol, Jolt and Wheeljack run into a group of Eradicons fighting Crosshairs. While they are able to defeat them, now they must explain to Crosshairs some of the rules of earth. Can the ex-Wreckers deal well with adjusting to earth?

    12. Gear Shift:
Coby and Jack ask the autobots if they wish to attend an Auto Show. Fowler is against the idea, while Prime supports it. When they attend, Knock Out and new arrival Barricade attempt to crash the show.
    Introduces: Barricade

    13. Heart of Steel:
Kaminari contacts Fowler and Prime, fed up with Miko and Bulkhead. Since they can’t recall bulkhead because Miko could still be in danger, they call in Wheeljack to protect her.

    14. Crash Course:
Wheeljack is good at blending in, and also making sure Miko doesn’t grate on Kaminari’s nerves. But when he notices something off about one of Miko’s friends, he finds that the war has new ways of sneak attacks. Can he stop the Pretender is time?

    15. Building a Nest:
The UN approves of a joint Human/Autobot taskforce, and prepares to make several bases worldwide for them. The autobots are split into two teams: Team Prime (Prime, BB, Ratchet and Arcee), and The Wreckers (Bulkhead, Jolt, Wheeljack, and Roadbuster).

    16. Quarry Hunting:
On a patrol in Germany, Bulkhead finds that several members of his old construction team have arrived on earth. When he goes to greet them, they turn out to be decepticons! Can he put aside his old loyalties and bring them to justice?
Introduces: Long Haul (Quarry Truck), Scavenger (Excavator), and Scrapper (Front-End Loader)

    17. Rallying Call:
Coby and Miko decide to participate in an off-road rally with Wheeljack and Bulkhead as their vehicles. When one of them crashes, how do the autobots help them without blowing their cover? And more importantly, how do they keep themselves discreet when the other bows out?

    18. Reverse Xenobiology:
Having trouble healing their injured comrade, Team Prime calls NEST to solve the issue. However, they can’t help them. Can Ratchet actually heal an injured human? Miko and Coby would rather not find out.

    19. Mayhem Construction:
Two more Constructicons have arrived on earth: Mixmaster and Overload. With almost the whole team there, can Team Prime and the Wreckers stop them from causing severe damage to German infrastructure?
Introduces: Mixmaster (Cement Mixer) and Overload (Dumptruck Tractor-Trailer)

    20. The Sidestreet Battle:
Wheeljacks’s rival Dropkick arrives on earth. When he kidnaps Miko, Wheeljack organizes a team to take her back, but will his revenge get the better of him?
    Introduces: Dropkick

    21. The Clockborn:
As Miko, Coby, Jack, and Raf prepare to do their first performance as a band, MECH attempts to capture them. After the autobots help prevent this, It’s found that Miko has been grievously injured. As Ratcher desperately searches for a way to help her, he has no choice but to convert her into a cyborg.

    22. Test of Time:
Team Prime finds Skydive hidden on an earth museum. When they reactivate him, the have to explain to NEST why one of their own took a WWII fighter as his alternate mode. While he proves to be a useful asset, they come closer to not being able to keep themselves secret.
    Introduces: Skydive (P38 Lightning)

    23. Last Call:
With the decepticons gearing up for a full assault on NEST’s Primary Base, all of the Autobots and Humans must gather there. Waiting for the storm to come, will their internal squabbles become their downfall?

    Finale, three parter:
    24. Storm Front:
Megatron, disgusted at the autobot presence on earth, brings in Shockwave to decimate them. As shockwave attacks the wreckers, and the constructicons attack team prime, can they hold them off long enough for NEST to bring support? Introduces: Shockwave

    25. Thunderstorm:
NEST Manages to help the autobots hold off the decepticons, but not with casualties on both sides. With half of the wreckers dead, the autobots bring Sparkler and Turbocharger out of cryostasis. While they manage to help them turn the tide, it doesn’t help the Human/Autobot alliance at all.

    26. Rising Storm:
With most of the autobots down, NEST works on rebuilding. With tensions high, everyone walks on a tightrope, waiting for the fall. As the decepticons move in for the kill, can the remaining autobots and NEST members hold them off?

    I tweaked it.

So I see disturbingly fetishistic murder fantasies about Airachnid are still a thing here.

    Revelation: Part 1

After Bulkhead's death at the hands of Hardshell (who was later killed by Wheeljack), the Autobots struggle to act as "business as usual". Another Insecticon named Kickback decides to kill the one who killed his brother, and he and Wheeljack battle. Arcee arrives to assist him, and says that revenge won't bring Bulkhead back.

    Revelation: Part 2

Wheeljack eventually realizes that killing more Insecticons won't bring Bulkhead back, and he refuses to fight Kickback any more. Kickback becomes infuriated, and knocks Wheeljack back, causing him to drop his grenade. Kickback accidentally steps on the grenade, killing himself

    Blowback

Megatron decides to increase his power, and decides to have Knockout upgrade him as well as infuse him with more Dark Energon. Megatron becomes insane, and decides to take on all the Autobots by himself. His insanity hurts his fighting ability, and he is nearly killed. Soundwave rescues him at the last minute, and Megatron begins to mistrust Knockout, thinking that he somehow caused him to fail

    Reclamation

After the Autobots have been the faction to capture the most recent Iacon Relics, Soundwave realizes the Autobots must be gaining the information from some source. This leads Megatron to wrongfully accuse Knockout. After Soundwave discovers the virus, he is able to extract the location of the Autobot base from it. Rather than launch an attack, he sends Soundwave to steal the Spark Extractor from their arsenal instead, as he prepares his final strike. However, in frustration over the lack of appreciation for his work, and for being wrongly accused and beaten by Megatron, Knockout steals the Forge of Solus Prime and leaves the Nemesis. He GroundBridges to the Harbinger, hoping to use it as a base of operations (Starscream would still be in the Antarctic)

    Struggle

Knockout, now on his own, struggles to find any Energon to use. Failure after failure, he decides to use an unfinished formula for Synth-En instead, which gives him amazing strength. However, over usage of the substance weakens him greatly in a battle with the Autobots, so he offers them the Forge in exchange for help. The Autobots then use it to build Bumblebee a new voice box. In the end, he returns to the Harbinger, weak, but determined to finish the Synth-En formula...

    Twisted Reunion

Hot Shot, Bumblebee's brother and a Wrecker, arrives on Earth after feeling in his split-spark that his twin had regained his voice. The brothers celebrate together, until Megatron makes a desperate attempt to regain the Forge. Using the Spark Extractor, he launches a giant onslaught against the unsuspecting Autobot's. As the battle goes on, Bumblebee becomes distracted and overwhelmed as the Autobots are brought to their knees. Megatron sees this, and he stabs him in the chest from behind. He rips out his newly built voice box from his severed head, and retreats with the Forge due to his increasing insanity. Once the Autobots finally realize what's happened, an enraged Hot Shot charges off to find Megatron, and kill him.

    Broken

Hot Shot makes a desperate gamble, freeing Starscream from the Antarctic, in order to gain information and assistance in his desire to kill Megatron. Starscream happily agrees to help him, but their attempt ultimately fails (though his display moves Dreadwing). Starscream flees, and the other Autobots rescue Hot Shot. Hot Shot learns to accept that his brother is dead, and that he needs to not be so reckless

    Code of Justice

After his encounter with Hot Shot, Dreadwing questions whether he truly belongs with the Deceptions. With Megatron seeming more and more insane everyday, and less and less like the leader he thought he was, Dreadwing feels more and more akin with the Autobots. Since the Autobots have abandoned their base, Megatron decides to make a scene in a town to get the Government's and the Autobot's attention. Dreadwing does not believe in killing innocents, even if they are human, and he makes a stand against Megatron and his army. He's wounded in battle as the Autobots arrive, and he dies shortly after. The Autobots salute his sacrifice and memory

    Devils

Starscream and Knockout form an alliance, and Knockout shares his newly completed Synth-En with him. With their newfound power, they attack the Nemesis, kill many troops, and steal information on the Iacon Database from them

    Tragic Memories: Part 1

Wheeljack and Hot Shot, after both dealing with the deaths of those close to them, tell the story of the Wreckers. They reveal that Breakdown was once a Wrecker, who defected to the Decepticons after killing Impactor, Topspin, and Twintwist. It would also be revealed that there are only 7 live Wreckers remaining including Wheeljack and Hot Shot, and that there used to be 30 Wreckers

    Tragic Memories: Part 2

As Wheeljack and Hot Shot are telling their story, it is further revealed that Breakdown joined Squadron X after defecting. They go into detail about battles the Wreckers had with Squadron X, and the casualties that came with them. They also go into detail about Bulkhead's departure from the Wreckers, and it is learned that the other 5 remaining Wreckers are Red Alert, Scattorshot, Ultra Magnus, Springer, and Crosswise.

    Unholy Bind: Part 1

MECH finishes their work on placing Silas' mind into Breakdown's body. With this new weapon at his disposal, he decides to attack more Government bases. The Autobots arrive to deal with him, but are quickly taken out by Silas.

    Unholy Bind: Part 2

When the Autobots wake up, they fund themselves strapped into surgical bays. Silas states his intent to steal their Sparks in order to create true living technology. However, Breakdown's previously dormant mind breaks through, and the two fight for control. Their fighting destroys nearby equipment, causing the area they're located in to begin to explode. Breakdown gains temporary dominance and frees the Autobots, apologizing for his defection. He holds Silas' mind off long enough for the Autobots to escape, and both of them perish in the explosion

    Double-Faced: Part 1

Sideways arrives in the Aligned Universe, seeking revenge on the Cybertronians of this universe for destroying his homeworld of Planet X. Pretending to be an Autobot, he maliciously gains their trust and secrets to use for his own means...

    Double-Faced: Part 2

While the Autobots are preoccupied with an army of Insecticons, Sideways contacts the Nemesis, offering to provide Megatron with vital information. Enticed, Megatron allows him upon the Nemesis. Now onboard the ship, Sideways attacks Megatron just as the other Decepticons are sent off the Nemesis by Soundwave to search for a relic...

    Double-Faced: Part 3

Sideways easily beats Megatron, though the tired gladiator manages to get one punch in, knocking him back for a second. As thus occurs, Soundwave enters the room they were fighting in. Megatron begs him to kill Sideways, but Soundwave, finally speaking, points the Resonance Blaster at Megatron's face and says: "I shall not harm my brother. Now fall from your podium, pitiful gladiator". Soundwave would use the blaster on Megatron, knocking him out. He and Sideways would then escape the Nemesis with Megatron's body in-tow...

    Foggy Aftermath

With the only Vehicons and Insecticons remaining on Nemesis, the two groups struggle for control of the ship. Sideways and Soundwave begin to put their plan into full-motion, with Megatron as a prisoner to them...

    Dark Re-Awakening

With the recent attack by Megatron on a town, the Government has struggled to cover up the incident, and had refused to provide the Autobots with a new base out of anger. They make a makeshift base out of a cave, but find it difficult to operate in such a dismal place. As this is occurring, the Government send agents to look over the Autobot's old base, which was demolished previously. However one of their computers is still functioning, and it shows them the location of a new Iacon Relic. They unearth this relic, which is the device known as the Artificial Genesis. The Government decides to keep it a secret from the Autobots, and they store the relic in the same area where Nemesis Prime's body is stored. With the device is such close proximity to Nemesis Prime, his eyes slowly light up...

    Crash

A mysterious object crashes into Earth from space. The Autobots, and Starscream and Knockout set out to claim it, but discover that it is not a weapon or relic, but a Cybertronian named Landmine. Badly injured, Landmine is unable to fight against Starscream or Knockout, but the Autobots are able to rescue him in the end, and they take him back to base for repairs.

    Future

Landmine reveals that his ship was attacked by a vessel in space, and that he believes that those who shot him down will arrive on Earth soon. It is revealed that the vessel is the Tidal Wave, and that the Star Seekers will arrive on Earth in the future..,

    Army's Calling

After the skirmish on the Nemesis between the Vehicons and Insecticons, an Insecticon named Sharpshot takes command of the vessel. Realizing that the Decepticons have been out of the scene for too long, and that they need reinforcements desperately. A new team of Decepticons, led by the scientist Shockwave, arrives to bring the Decepticons, and Cybertron, to it's former glory. Shockwave, unlike Megatron, doesn't care about Earth, however he desires to regain any weapons of usefulness from the Iacon Database. He and his team, which consists of the strong and powerful Demolishor, and even more insane and devilish scientist/medic Cyclonus, the French-accented Mudflap, and the flirty yet sinister Thunderblast, prepare to claim assured victory

    Mind of Wander

Ratchet's mind becomes trapped within the new Computer System's being installed at the new base, which allows him to learn things of great importance to the Autobots (basically everything that's been happening with the Decepticons)...

When the End is but a Prelude: Part 1

Sideways and Soundwave begin their plan to use TransWarp technology to terraform the Earth into a new Planet X. As the planet begins to feel weather patters similar to the ones felt at Unicron's awakening, the Autobots grow wise to what's occurring, and prepare a confrontation...

When the End is but a Prelude: Part 2

As the Autobots make their way to Sideways' location (which he provides to them, so he can be amused by their attempts to stop him), Soundwave releases Megatron from his prison so that the 2 Gladiators can finally determine who is the better. Though Soundwave quickly gains the upper hand, Megatron is able to hold him off nonetheless, for now...

When the End is but a Prelude: Part 3

The Autobots confront Sideways, who's abilities to teleport and regenerate make him a powerful enemy. Soundwave continues to pummel Megatron, who's mental insanity grows every second. His fighting is impaired because of it, and thus Soundwave is able to point the Resonance Blaster at Megatron, and prepare to kill him...

When the End is but a Prelude: Part 4

Megatron's ambition is able to overpower his insanity, and he starts to fight back against Soundwave. Eventually he knocks Soundwave on the ground, and cuts his head off. As Soundwave dies, he laughs at Megatron, saying that killing him proves nothing and ends nothing, for his death does not matter. Megatron falls down, dropping his determination with him. His insanity overcoming him again. The Autobots successfully destroy the TransWarp device, and Sideways flees. The Autobots find Megatron, rolling around in Soundwave's spilled Energon, with a scared look on his face. Optimus decides that even in this state, Megatron must die. So he shoots him in the head. Sideways escapes, and says to himself that this failure means nothing, and that his revenge will come to fruition. He laughs maniacally, as it's revealed that he is now located in Earth's Core...

I don't know what the title would be, but remember the ND-7 class Energon deposit in the arctic back in Out of His Head? What if Megatron somehow found a way to finally get to it and then there's a huge battle.

Just a thought while I was re-watching that episode.
