I saw it too - no videos up for it yet, on hubworld or youtube. But Wheeljack did look badass!

 

I think they showed it at the end of last weeks episode as a "tune in for next week's episode" thing. It was pretty cool.

Wheeljack looks like he's going to be like G1 Wheeljack in appearence, but more like Armada Wheeljack in function and personality. (minus the whole defecting stuff) He even has dual swords.

 

Holy shit, god I hope they don't pass up a toy of him because of the Gen version. Prime's Wheeljack looks badass.

 

I hope we get toys of Wheeljack w/swords and Skyquake w/chaingun in the TF: Prime toy line.

I'm happy to see my favorite TF getting so much attention this year.   And it's about time he finally gets the recognition he deserves.

 

I figure he'll get a toy-I'd be astonished if one of the earliest Autobots outside the core cast doesnt get a toy. That would be like not getting Animated Dinobots

 

This is promising, I also like the Lattaesque sounding Starscream voice from Steve Blum.

 

So, what are the choices for this week's 'how to write a character out of the plot after one episode' pool? Death? Disappearance? Sent off on another mission far, far away?

For all their ballyhoo about CGI Transformers models taking a lot of effort (and don't get me wrong, they do, I remember Beast Wars) they sure don't have them stick around long, do they?

Why do I get the sinking feeling that there is a chance that wheeljack may get offed in this episode? Like skyquake did? I really hope that's not the case.. Cause by the looks of it, the cons gain control of him somehow, and make him turn on the bots. I just hope it dosnt result in his death >.<

 

^I'll boycott TF: Prime for a couple of eps IF they do the whole 'hey there's a new badass- Con/ Bot, let's OFF him' gag again.
