Not exactly "fail", but the only TF in my collection which really gave me buyer remorse is Universe Powerglide. I really just bought him because there was nothing else.

I don't hate him now, and he doesn't deserve the hate it gets sometimes, but If I went back in time I dunno if I'd get him again, especially with how sweet Cyberverse PG is.

While I like the figure, Animated voyager Megatron comes to mind. I transformed him into bot mode, held him up to look at him and his leg fell off. Fixed it, and it fell off again. The socket is so loose that it can't support the weight of the leg. For me, that's a fail.

That ROTF Scout insect-like thing that transformed into a rolling microscope. What's its name now? Dang, that mold was so bad that I can't seem to recall the name.

    ROTF Blazemaster.

Or Cybertron Backstop. I don't have Backstop anymore, though. I kinda set him on fire.

G1 Broadside. Brick in all 3 modes. Honorable mention goes to Animated Shockwave.

Really??? 07 BB was a great overall figure.and RotF Gears and Deluxe IH were awesome. That IH is probably the most accurate version of him there is in plastic form.

On topic, I would have to say universe Cheetor. It looks like they tried going for a BW/BM combination that kind of didn't work so well...

    1. Wonderfest Dai Atlas exclusive - the only figure I regret buying at times...nice idea and look to it, but flimsy and fragile as hell.
    2. Most of the 6 inch Titanium figures - Die cast applied to crappy execution does not a good toy make.
